We had Geek Squad come to our house to install our new cable modem and router. It was fast and easy. And the items work as we needed them to. Will use them again! I recommended them to my parents in Michigan and my parents said they had great service too.

The WiFi was set up and suggestions were made to further assist the “dead spots” areas but since then there is a further upgrade which I am more interested in so I do not want the google WiFi any longer to cover my household

Justin is amazing! We're not really techno-savvy, but HEY! We didn't have to be! He wired the mesh router in - in record time - and we now have wonderful extended internet in our little guest cabin. He was prompt, communication was excellent, and there wasn't even a pause when we had to reschedule due to old internet problems. I'd use them again in a nano-second!

Ben Fitzgerald came to my house to connect up my new wi-fi unit and upgrade my WD My Cloud. He did a great job. Very knowledgeable and an easy person to interface with.

I ordered the Home WiFi set up because our WiFi was poor despite attempting to update on our own. Within in minutes the technician explained the problem and made recommendations. He gave us the option to do on our own to save a small amount of money or he had what was needed. We went with his products that he had handy and it has made a huge difference! Thanks so much

Our network included: wi-fi, TV streaming services, phone, computers, home audio, and more. The Geek Squad engineer made our network set-up look easy, even though I had tried and failed to figure it out myself, as an engineer. Aaron was an excellent communicator, asking what we needed the network to do, then setting everything up accordingly. He explained the capabilities of our new network, and made numerous customizations (like multiple tiers of wi-fi, internal set-up tweaks, cell phone apps, and more). He took the time to explain what he was doing, and made sure every item in the home was optimally hooked-up to the network. Aaron exceeded our expectations in every regard. We will be using the Geek Squad again and recommending them to our new neighbors and friends. We now have a network that fits our new home, our streaming needs, and we know how to use it! Thank you Geek Squad!

The 1st agent came out I told him I needed security light and the areas I needed monitored. He suggested what would be good for the areas and what band width I needed. He placed the order/shipped to my home. The 2nd agent came out to install 2 Ring doorbells/2 floodlight monitors he set the boundaries so that it would capture my areas and not the neighbors. The 3rd agent was an electrician for the floodlight on the garage that had to be wired. They set and placed eeroos for best reception and setup on my phone so I could monitor. My areas that are monitored driveway, front door, side of house, garage area and backyard patio.

Tech was Professional answered every question explained it so that anybody can understand it worked very clean overall experience was probably one of the best I’ve had

Jesse set up our new Wifi Eeero mesh system perfectly. He was very reassuring and when he left, everything was working smoothly. He displayed confidence in the job and answered all our questions. The Geek squad Set-up more devices that I did not even know I had....and cleaned up my mess of setting up to my fire stick and Alexa coonnections. They asked more questions about my equipment then I expected so all hook ups were completed and tested...Great job

The techs arrived when they said they would be here and spent a lot of time setting up my eeros and went through each device and set it up to make sure it was working properly. They were very patient and they did aa great job! Thank you!

Excellent service from Mark! He installed Eero wifi extenders and got our wifi working in every room. He was knowledgable, helpful, friendly, on time.

FINALLY got my Google 4 pc Mesh Wifi system installed by the Geek Squad.. Took quite a while as my house is realllly long and all of the walls inside are insulated so I have never gotten good wifi reception in here. It took a lot of playing around to get the 4 units placed perfectly throughout so that the entire house including upstairs had a solid connection. The squad showed me how to work it and fine tune it in case I had problems with it later.. They were awesome and didn't mind staying later to do a perfect job for us. Definitely recommend the Geek Squad!

I had a tv installed over my fireplace and a wifi system installed and the guys knocked it out if the ballpark. Awesome job
