I couldn't have asked for a nicer and more knowledgeable person to do my wifi and Ring setup. Dustin was personable, professional and took the extra time to explain things and answer questions about the setups he provided.

Kyle did a great job in ensuring all the wireless system and network connections were set up perfectly after being screwed up by a terrible ATT tech. He also showed up wearing appropriate mask and gloves to protect me! This was contrary to the ATT tech who showed up without any protection and I would not even let him in the house till he had the right protection! The area where I live is under mandatory protection and this idiot did not think he even needed it! Wel he did show up but I stayed away from him and he did not even put on the gloves he brought with him to work on the router! I finally had it out with him and he left. At least Kyle knew what to do!

We had a EUFY security system with 3 cameras and also 2 wifi booster units installed. Everyone arrived at the promised time. The cameras were installed by one Geek Squad expert and then Dom and Jesse got us set up on how to use them on our new Galaxy tablet. They took plenty of time to explain everything about the cameras and also showed us how to use our tablet since we had never had one before. Really all very patient and professional Squadies; we'd welcome them back anytime.

The agents who installed my Velop were on time. They were friendly and knowledgeable. It did not take much time for them to do the install. I would definitely use this service again.

The tech came out, on time as scheduled, and proceeded to hook up and configure the required addresses. All fine and good. Great service. However, I have subsequently added additional items, and they will not connect, the system asking for a password.. Really? I tried ALL the passwords I had, still will not all the new devices to connect. I'm seriously considering contacting the maker of my router and start over, at considerable expense to me. Please, if you come out, teach me what you are doing to my system so I may correct any problems that crop up vs having to call you, and pay another fee, to get it working, (for the time being). I understand........ job security.....but still, that is really, only an excuse.

I had gotten a router that was bad, so I exchanged it and had Geek Squad come out to install it, easier and faster!!!

I was a bit wary of using the geek squad but after having the service technician come out I'm thrilled. Great service, on-time, highly professional and helpful. If you are having issues I suggest you use them. Worth the cost.

I used Geek Squad to install me WiFi mesh system. The technician was professional as usual. Answered all me questions, walked me through the system, and had me up and running in no time. Highly recommend their service.

We have a real complicated wiring situation with because of surround sound and a wall installation. Normally would install and set up the TV myself but, in this instance, it was a truly a messy set up. For this reason decided to use the Geek Squad to take out the old set up and install the new TV. They did a very good professional job and addressed all of our questions and issues. Going with them was a good decision on our part and, if need be, would not be hesitant to use their services in the future. Do recommend there service as they are knowledgeable and professional.

Shout out to Andrew ! Best Buys is a lucky company to have him on your team. What a nice guy! VERY professional, very knowledgeable and when he went to hook up my new router, he tested my old one first. It worked just fine and he said it was my internet provider issue. He even CALLED them on the phone and asked them to look at my stats. He wore a mask the whole time he was in my house and even took off his shoes! - He stayed until the problem was resolved and told me to return the router I had purchased the day prior. Saved me 160.00 bucks and what great customer service ! Andrew is awesome! Thank you!!

This is a great service! My rep was on time, very efficient, was on the phone with Comcast for a long time when there was an issue, and explained everything well and connected all our devices to our new home network with ease. Highly recommend!
