Team setup the new Wi-Fi and connected all of the devices. Corrected all the issues! Network works great!!

Geek guy showed up early, found out what I was doing wrong, and corrected all issues. Did not leave until we confirmed the router and roku were working. Next time I should be able to fix this myself. Great Job.

Fo and Jacob worked their schedules together in order to expedite the installation and setup of my eero WiFi mesh network system after a scheduling snafu the previous day. Fo did an excellent job setting up and explaining the basics, and also agreed that this specific WiFi mesh system was an excellent choice for my application.

Very happy with Geek Squad WiFi Setup Service. Had to connect several devices including TV, DVD player, PC, laptop and two printers. Everything is running the way it should.

The agent did an excellent job diagnosing what was going wrong with the wi-fi system. The computer, new printer and phone all now interact as they should. The agent was very pleasant and easy to work with.

Michael & Jonathan arrived as scheduled to install a mesh WiFi, which I had purchased earlier at Best Buy. Michael looked at the product, looked at our 2-story house, and said, "This really isn't the best product for your house." He & Jonathan went back to their store and picked up an eero Pro Mesh WiFi System for us. Once back at the house, they quickly installed it, made sure all our computers were logged into it, and plugged our printer directly into one of the eero units so that all computers could print on the one printer. Michael & Jonathan were both professional and personable, and we were very grateful for all they did for us. We paid for the eero system, and I returned the original purchase to Best Buy with no problem.

There is just no substitute for having the trained and competent staff of the Geek Squad to pop in and accomplish the installation of any and all items without the aggravation of having to do it one's self.

The service tech who came out to our house was professional and very helpful. The service tech took the time to explain all the elements and the likely impact they would have.

I had gotten a router that was bad, so I exchanged it and had Geek Squad come out to install it, easier and faster!!!

We had a EUFY security system with 3 cameras and also 2 wifi booster units installed. Everyone arrived at the promised time. The cameras were installed by one Geek Squad expert and then Dom and Jesse got us set up on how to use them on our new Galaxy tablet. They took plenty of time to explain everything about the cameras and also showed us how to use our tablet since we had never had one before. Really all very patient and professional Squadies; we'd welcome them back anytime.

The device is perfect. It is easy to use so that I can keep my Watch ready to use every day. Three price is great. It is a must have tool!

The agent installed the WiFi system; made sure it was working throughout the house; he was knowledgeable and helped with my questions.

Geek squad was ver good. Did a good job installing my equipment. Checked connections on all my devices. MY ONLY COMPLAINT IS HIIW LONG IT TOOK TO GET THE GEEK SQUAD TECH HERE. THEY NEED MORE WORKERS.

The agent, Josh, did a terrific job, restoring internet connections for almost every system in the house. He stayed late to insure everything was working to our satisfaction. Above and beyond the call of duty.

Our guy worked tirelessly for an extended period of time to ensure our new router & modem were properly installed and our devices were connected. I forgot to have him reconnect our printer but that’s on me even though I’m sure he saw it!
