been a Geek squad member for 2 consecutive years. It's not perfect. It is a good value buy. I appreciated the benefits with this membership. I have used best buy home services often for purchases. For appliance install to TV and Wi-Fi set up which also included Delivery, clean up and haul away at no extra cost. What a incredible value. The Wi-Fi Service has recently been done twice within 2 months. Both times were done quickly. So nice to have the set up work included.

We have a real complicated wiring situation with because of surround sound and a wall installation. Normally would install and set up the TV myself but, in this instance, it was a truly a messy set up. For this reason decided to use the Geek Squad to take out the old set up and install the new TV. They did a very good professional job and addressed all of our questions and issues. Going with them was a good decision on our part and, if need be, would not be hesitant to use their services in the future. Do recommend there service as they are knowledgeable and professional.
