I ordered the Home WiFi set up because our WiFi was poor despite attempting to update on our own. Within in minutes the technician explained the problem and made recommendations. He gave us the option to do on our own to save a small amount of money or he had what was needed. We went with his products that he had handy and it has made a huge difference! Thanks so much

Justin is amazing! We're not really techno-savvy, but HEY! We didn't have to be! He wired the mesh router in - in record time - and we now have wonderful extended internet in our little guest cabin. He was prompt, communication was excellent, and there wasn't even a pause when we had to reschedule due to old internet problems. I'd use them again in a nano-second!

I purchased a new router and added on Geek Squad installation. I am so impressed with the services Geek Squad provide. The installer was very knowledgeable and got all my devices connected to WIFI. I highly recommend Geek Squad.

been a Geek squad member for 2 consecutive years. It's not perfect. It is a good value buy. I appreciated the benefits with this membership. I have used best buy home services often for purchases. For appliance install to TV and Wi-Fi set up which also included Delivery, clean up and haul away at no extra cost. What a incredible value. The Wi-Fi Service has recently been done twice within 2 months. Both times were done quickly. So nice to have the set up work included.

The team that came into service my TV (initially) helped me set up my wifi and had everything in the van to get the job done. They were great and spent the time to do the service right!
