This particular team led by Michael were great. Mike's attitude and attention to detail and what he knew went beyond the call of duty. Made me a believer of him, and if he represents Geeks and Best Buy I am in. First experience though. I think Mike will always be this great. My opinion

Your certified installer and her trainee were outstanding. They installed the Orbi Mesh Network in an efficient and timely manner. They did not leave until we were totally satisfied. The Orbi Mesh Network is amazing. It has boosted our internet signal throughout the house. I would recommend the Best Buy Geek Squad and the Orbi Mesh Network to anyone who wants to improve the home coverage of their internet signal.

The tech was very helpful and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions and set up was connected to all my devices.

I’m serious...this is the best part of Best Buy. The geek squad people are so great. Jake is my main geek. Jake knows my systems and is able to get things done at my place. I truly appreciate what they can accomplish.

I have a very happy daughter now that I can take my computer to the Geek Squad to resolve problems with Tech issues. Just that is reason enough to get their service. I couldn't get my ISP provided to come out and check their modem because the service was very slow. The Geek squad looked it over and when the ISP provider knew the Geek Squat said the modem was not working at the speed they sold to me I had a rep out the same day and he fixed it.

Tech installed my Wi-Fi and neatly disconnected unused equipment. Setting up appointment was easy and very timely

Shout out to Andrew ! Best Buys is a lucky company to have him on your team. What a nice guy! VERY professional, very knowledgeable and when he went to hook up my new router, he tested my old one first. It worked just fine and he said it was my internet provider issue. He even CALLED them on the phone and asked them to look at my stats. He wore a mask the whole time he was in my house and even took off his shoes! - He stayed until the problem was resolved and told me to return the router I had purchased the day prior. Saved me 160.00 bucks and what great customer service ! Andrew is awesome! Thank you!!

Kyle did a great job in ensuring all the wireless system and network connections were set up perfectly after being screwed up by a terrible ATT tech. He also showed up wearing appropriate mask and gloves to protect me! This was contrary to the ATT tech who showed up without any protection and I would not even let him in the house till he had the right protection! The area where I live is under mandatory protection and this idiot did not think he even needed it! Wel he did show up but I stayed away from him and he did not even put on the gloves he brought with him to work on the router! I finally had it out with him and he left. At least Kyle knew what to do!

The agents who installed my Velop were on time. They were friendly and knowledgeable. It did not take much time for them to do the install. I would definitely use this service again.

The two technicians that came to our house was absolutely great. They were very professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. Best of all they did not treat me as if I were stupid.
