Had a few problems on setup, but after speaking with the geek squad assured me the issue with be resolved after setting up an appointment for geek squad to return and the issue would be solved

The technician that came to my house was great. He kept me informed of what he was doing. He tested and made sure everything was working as required. He was very thorough. Would not hesitate to call him again.

They installed a Google mesh wi-fi system in our home and did so perfectly! Prompt, courteous, professional, knowledgeable and explained everything very well.

The Geek Square did a wonderful installation. They installed, tested and registered the Orbi before leaving. We would have no reservations using them again.

Chris Gamble and another Chris did an excellent job for us. They installed our new Orbi mesh system which is Wi-Fi 6. After the install, we found out that many of our older devices wouldn’t connect after the installation. It would have been nice to know that prior to our purchase. Chris was on time, very courteous and walked me through how to connect my older laptop to Wi-Fi 6.

Geek Squad was here to troubleshoot my Denon stereo and installed my eero as well. Happy with how thorough he was.

The total tech program has been a real life-saver for us. At my station in life, I no longer desire to keep current on advanced and ever changing technology. Therefore.... setup, maintenance, troubleshooting, and the physical and mental frustration associated with all the technology in my home has been consigned to Best Buy's Total Tech Support Program: I will focus on the enjoyment of having advanced technology in my home. Also, I expect to be completely satisfied with the Tech Support membership: I have never been disappointed in the service and tech support provided by Best Buy/Geek Squad. All I can say is I'm glad I purchased this product.

The two young men who set up our tv service to WiFi were very kind and helpful snd showed us how to use everything. We appreciate your knowledgeable Geek Squad! They were the nicest and great!

It took about 30 to 45 minutes to install and program the Orbis from start to finish and my speed pegged out all throughout the house. My home is about 2600 Square feet and it reaches every \where and even outside.

I use Geek Squad for 100 % of my installations.... it's done right the first time!
