I could not have asked for a better technician. Tristan worked very hard to set this up. Unfortunately, and unbeknownst to me I had a dead battery in my internet power box on the outside wall. My internet provider came the next day and installed a new battery. Everything worked great once this was installed.

The agent I had was Gabe. He was fantastic! He called before getting to the house to go over my issues and he explained that he had heard of many of complaints about the system that I had and he offered to go pick up a new system for us to try as it had better reviews and worked at a much superior rate. Gabe came to the house with a new Wifi system for us connected it and told us to call him with any issues. He was well prepared, knew the products and brought us a new system so we did not have to wait and set up another appointment.
