I have had them out to the house now twice to set up different things and they have worked great.

Michael was outstanding and made sure that everything was working properly before he left.

Geek Squad did a great job listening to my wifi needs, made several recommendations, allowed me to research which wifi system would work best for my situation. I selected the Netgear Orbi AX4200 Tri-Band Mesh WiFi 6 system, I found it on another retailers website for a lower price and the Geek Squad tech was able to price match for me, I never had to leave the house. The Geek Squad tech was very knowledgeable, installation took no time at all. I am extremely happy with my Geek Squad experience and would highly recommend them for anyone that wants the job done right.

I feel like I have already written a review about this, but Tina was such a professional I will do it again. Tina was our Geek to install a new router. After that was done, she answered several questions relating to the router and also some question we had about the new harddrive she installed earlier in the summer. What a gem she is!

Geek Squad rep worked tirelessly to install the "eero Mesh WiFi System"! We now have a wiFi system which covers our entire 3,500 sq. ft. interior area and the 2,560 sq. ft. lanai, pool,and pool cage, plus our WiFi Pool Controller! The tech worked with our cable provider to eliminate their TV equipment and get us running with only a minimum of "cable provider" expense. Cutting the cable cord was our goal!

Set up my equipment through spectrum, he did all the talking with them, made me feel great that they could not play games with someone who knows what they are doing. Excellent job Geek Squad.
