Keeping my annual subscription to Best Buy’s technical support/geek squad is no brainer money to spend each year having them available I’m just a phone call away is very valuable and is a steel at the price This required a home visit where the technician did a fabulous job of getting our computers speaking to our printers we are the new Internet they installed. We now have much stronger Wi-Fi throughout the house and everything is working well

It was a great choice letting an agent set up my wi-fi. He was very professional and set up my phone, laptop and smart thermostat also. He also got my Netflix working on 2 tv's. He made it a breeze.

The agents installed and checked out my new Ring security cameras. One agent set up my newly purchased Netgear router. In both cases they did excellent jobs and allowed me to avoid problems that led to poor reviews of those products by others. In particular, I probably would not have purchased the Netgear router without having the help provided by the Geek Squad agent. I highly recommend subscribing to the Geek Squad service plan to help maintain your devices, especially if you plan to update or add to your Wi-fi, computer, or AV systems.

The router has great range and speed. I can even use my IPad when I’m on the deck or in the basement. The Geeks solved all of my technical problem and were very prompt, courteous and professional.

The agent spent all the time required to ferret out what exactly was going on in our system. So far it's working fine.

I had purchased a total house water monitor to keep track of usage, and to monitor any potential leaks, differentiating between frozen pipes, afire, or any other potentially damaging leaks or malfunctions. I had great difficulty installing it myself, as I am not IT adept. The geek squad initially determined that there was a malfunction of the unit. After a replacement component was sent after returning the faulty unit, the Geek Squad returned to restore the function.

Geek Squad rep worked tirelessly to install the "eero Mesh WiFi System"! We now have a wiFi system which covers our entire 3,500 sq. ft. interior area and the 2,560 sq. ft. lanai, pool,and pool cage, plus our WiFi Pool Controller! The tech worked with our cable provider to eliminate their TV equipment and get us running with only a minimum of "cable provider" expense. Cutting the cable cord was our goal!

I will be upfront and say that my tech actually ended up cancelling my apt since the router and or modem turned out to be bad. He came and worked with Comcast to try to fix the apt. He was on time and very competent and polite! When this didn't work, he came back when the cable guy was here. The cable guy discovered that there was outside and inside issues. Once those were fixed it was discovered that there was also issues with the equipment purchased from BestBuy. At that point, he cancelled my apt, since he was unable to fix anything or install anything from Best Buys end. I was very impressed and would use Geek Squad again!
