Keeping my annual subscription to Best Buy’s technical support/geek squad is no brainer money to spend each year having them available I’m just a phone call away is very valuable and is a steel at the price This required a home visit where the technician did a fabulous job of getting our computers speaking to our printers we are the new Internet they installed. We now have much stronger Wi-Fi throughout the house and everything is working well

They installed a Google mesh wi-fi system in our home and did so perfectly! Prompt, courteous, professional, knowledgeable and explained everything very well.

Finally got correct device to work in my shop for internet. Geeks got it installed and works better than they thought it would.

Agent Brian connected my new Wifi printer to my new laptop. Very productive session. He answered all my questions. Brian was very helpful.

The installer did commendable job with my ring doorbell pro and chime pro and wired and wireless cameras. There were some issues however but on subsequent installation visits these were resolved.

The tech took the time to explain how best to stream from TV. Explained that the streaming apps on the actual TV are slow. Showed me how to hard reset the TV and recommended buying Roku or Fire stick which we did and have no more issues with buffering.

Once the problem was discovered, the repairs were easy to fix. However it took several visits & some frustration on my part to finally get the problem of the units not working. Robert did all he could & stayed in touch when I called saying it wasn't working. But he finally figured out the problem & fixed it.

The agent was extremely knowledgeable and maximized network coverage across the house. He took the time to ask what i needed and what I was having trouble with and then configured the network in a way that worked best for us.
