The Geek Squad crew helped upgrade my wifi in March with a mesh network that they designed and we had to install ourselves because of the coronavirus. Even then, they were able to walk us through a couple of hiccups via phone. In late July, when home visits were again allowed, I contacted Geek Squad to arrange for a representative to review and tweak the mesh network, which she did. It's a pleasure working with Geek Squad, which has become my go-to for anything they can possibly handle. Dependable, professional, on-time, helpful. Just excellent customer service.

The agent came on time, seemed highly knowledgeable and completed our set-up quickly. It was particularly helpful that he reviewed our internet service contract (at my request) and explained that our new router would take full advantage of internet connection. (In other words, we could have bought a more powerful router but it would not provide any better coverage or speeds unless we upgraded our internet service to a level that would be beyond our needs).

My internet was spotty throughout the house, so had Geek Squad come in and install new modem and pods. On time, effcient and great installation.
