I had purchased a total house water monitor to keep track of usage, and to monitor any potential leaks, differentiating between frozen pipes, afire, or any other potentially damaging leaks or malfunctions. I had great difficulty installing it myself, as I am not IT adept. The geek squad initially determined that there was a malfunction of the unit. After a replacement component was sent after returning the faulty unit, the Geek Squad returned to restore the function.

The total tech program has been a real life-saver for us. At my station in life, I no longer desire to keep current on advanced and ever changing technology. Therefore.... setup, maintenance, troubleshooting, and the physical and mental frustration associated with all the technology in my home has been consigned to Best Buy's Total Tech Support Program: I will focus on the enjoyment of having advanced technology in my home. Also, I expect to be completely satisfied with the Tech Support membership: I have never been disappointed in the service and tech support provided by Best Buy/Geek Squad. All I can say is I'm glad I purchased this product.

Mike & Mark restored my WiFi connection by replacing my router and made sure my printer could reconnect also verified the modem connection..both squad members were both knowledgeable and professional and were able to answer the questions I had and made recommendations for future equipment installs..although cautious at first in placing the order for the first time very pleased with the service experience….

The agent I had was Gabe. He was fantastic! He called before getting to the house to go over my issues and he explained that he had heard of many of complaints about the system that I had and he offered to go pick up a new system for us to try as it had better reviews and worked at a much superior rate. Gabe came to the house with a new Wifi system for us connected it and told us to call him with any issues. He was well prepared, knew the products and brought us a new system so we did not have to wait and set up another appointment.
