Mike & Mark restored my WiFi connection by replacing my router and made sure my printer could reconnect also verified the modem connection..both squad members were both knowledgeable and professional and were able to answer the questions I had and made recommendations for future equipment installs..although cautious at first in placing the order for the first time very pleased with the service experience….

The Orbi was recommended by Best Buy while visiting in-store. Since the Geek Squad had already installed most of a home theater, in was a no-brainer to rely on their expertise for this set up.

I feel like I have already written a review about this, but Tina was such a professional I will do it again. Tina was our Geek to install a new router. After that was done, she answered several questions relating to the router and also some question we had about the new harddrive she installed earlier in the summer. What a gem she is!

Set up Wi Fi mesh system in upstairs and downstairs to give Wi Fi service to all of house and out side pool area.

The agents installed Starlink, modems, and TV's carefully and quickly.

they did the best they could w/what they had. they connected it but I was told to get the new box from Spectrum for it to work better. I got the box from Spectrum but now the Netgear is not working so what I was trying to prevent has happened, no wifi or internet. I was supposed to have an appt for 8/28 but what I was told and what appeared on the email is not the same or perhaps I misunderstood the person. I am patient w/technology but I need my internet to work, hopefully my trust in the Geek Squad will be rewarded w/a prompt fix to this challenge. Please get back to me. I will call later today for a reschedule.

The installers called when on their way, were on time, were very courteous and got the job quickly. They tested everything and it worked properly. We had one minor problem that I hadn't thought to test in that my Apple TV did not see my computer when using Airplay. The Apple TV had been wired into my old system via Ethernet and the new router was not seeing it. I was able to resolve the problem over the phone with the installer by disconnecting the Ethernet cable from the Apple TV and connecting it to the network via Wifi. Response was timely, friendly and the problem was fixed in a few minutes over the phone. I'll use Geek Squad again.

The guys that came and installed the new equipment were very professional and pleasant to work with.

The crew was very knowledgeable and installed my wi-fi very quickly, and they were able to take back and get me a refund for a part I didn't need.

Geek Squad agents were helpful, courteous and fixed the problems my son was having with his Mac Book. AND we didn't have to put up with an overcrowded Apple Store!
