Have learn to trust Geek Squad technicians for home installations. The ones I have had always go to the max to explain what they are doing and how I can optimize whatever I am having installed.

The agent came on time, seemed highly knowledgeable and completed our set-up quickly. It was particularly helpful that he reviewed our internet service contract (at my request) and explained that our new router would take full advantage of internet connection. (In other words, we could have bought a more powerful router but it would not provide any better coverage or speeds unless we upgraded our internet service to a level that would be beyond our needs).

Anthony set up the booster in a very short time. Its working great

they did the best they could w/what they had. they connected it but I was told to get the new box from Spectrum for it to work better. I got the box from Spectrum but now the Netgear is not working so what I was trying to prevent has happened, no wifi or internet. I was supposed to have an appt for 8/28 but what I was told and what appeared on the email is not the same or perhaps I misunderstood the person. I am patient w/technology but I need my internet to work, hopefully my trust in the Geek Squad will be rewarded w/a prompt fix to this challenge. Please get back to me. I will call later today for a reschedule.

It was a great choice letting an agent set up my wi-fi. He was very professional and set up my phone, laptop and smart thermostat also. He also got my Netflix working on 2 tv's. He made it a breeze.
