Geek squad very knowledgeable and helpful.

Geek Squad Service

Installation of Wi-Fi took 2 geek squad trips.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had the Geek squad install the eero 3 piece mesh Wi-Fi system. At first it seemed like everything went well, but after the technician left, there were some problems, especially with the Sonos system. The long and short of it was the Sonos system was getting 2 signals which rendered the system unusable. The Sonos technical support people isolated the problem and got it up and running. There were still other connection problems, so I had to have the Geek squad come out again. The technician found that the original setup wasn’t connected properly, and corrected the issue. Now the WiFi system works like it should.

Mike From Geek Squad was Thorough & Knowledgeable

I was really appreciative of the time Mike took to review the mesh with me and to also help me set up my other devices once my Network information changed. His patience was unparalleled.
