The installers called when on their way, were on time, were very courteous and got the job quickly. They tested everything and it worked properly. We had one minor problem that I hadn't thought to test in that my Apple TV did not see my computer when using Airplay. The Apple TV had been wired into my old system via Ethernet and the new router was not seeing it. I was able to resolve the problem over the phone with the installer by disconnecting the Ethernet cable from the Apple TV and connecting it to the network via Wifi. Response was timely, friendly and the problem was fixed in a few minutes over the phone. I'll use Geek Squad again.

The Geek Squad agent did a great job setting up the WiFi. Determining the best places for the eeros. I have great coverage throughout my property. I have been going to Best Buy for many years because of their service both in the store and with Geek Squad. Keep it up!
