Jermaine was the tech who came to perform service. He did an excellent job. He made two visits to complete the job. Focus was on providing increased wifi service thru existing access point router. 1st trip Jermaine worked for about 4 hours checking out wiring connections, equipment, etc. The took several trips to attic to check wiring. Needed to come back with more/different test equipment. On second trip (again about 4 hrs effort) Jermaine had to re-connect wiring to access the router. Again many trips to attic and wiring closet. Finally got everything connect and wifi much improved

The Geek squad set up person was punctual, competent, explained the set up as he was doing it. Asked why we had chosen certain components, and understood when we had got the advice from the NYT. We had purchased two MESH packages, thinking we might need one master and four repeaters. The set up person only needed one master router and two repeaters to get house wide coverage, thereby saving us money by our returning the unneeded MESH package. All in all, a good experience.

Connected and made sure all 2.4 and 5g equipment was working before he left.

Had geek squad to come and set up new wi-fi router. Matt came and evaluated my set up and what I had purchased. Explained what needs my purchase would not support and provided options for better solutions. Had alternate product with him, sold it to me and returned original. Set up everything with outcome better than I had imagined. Even called cable/internet provider to complete setup of new equipment. Can't speak highly enough of my experience. Matt was awesome, made sure I understood everything and even left a way to contact him if I had any questions/problem - which I did not.

The Geek Squad tech was efficient, an expert in his craft, found my problem and repaired it quickly. I'm impressed by his knowledge and positive attitude.

The tech took the time to explain how best to stream from TV. Explained that the streaming apps on the actual TV are slow. Showed me how to hard reset the TV and recommended buying Roku or Fire stick which we did and have no more issues with buffering.
