Geek squad did a great job setting up wi fi mesh night hawk next gear system. He took Time to show what he was doing and placed the satellites so i no longer had signal drop for places in my house. I now have a strong signal. He was able to reset so that the wi fi mesh picked up the signal. Was well worth getting help with the set up for the wi fi mesh.

Although the Google wi-fi is easy to set up, I wanted the a Geek Squad just in case. They walked me through step by step, explaining everything. Well worth the money to have them here.

Did a great job setting up the new mesh routers. Knowledgeable and efficient. Answered all my questions and noticed a problem with my laptop battery as a bonus. So i was able to head off a potential problem before it happened. Very grateful on all counts. Geek squad has repeatedly been a great investment.

I had the Geek squad install the eero 3 piece mesh Wi-Fi system. At first it seemed like everything went well, but after the technician left, there were some problems, especially with the Sonos system. The long and short of it was the Sonos system was getting 2 signals which rendered the system unusable. The Sonos technical support people isolated the problem and got it up and running. There were still other connection problems, so I had to have the Geek squad come out again. The technician found that the original setup wasn’t connected properly, and corrected the issue. Now the WiFi system works like it should.

The agent was knowledgeable and completed the service with perfection.
