Worked to provide best service

He did an excellent job. He made two visits to complete the job. Focus was on providing increased wifi service thru existing access point router. 1st trip Jermaine worked for about 4 hours checking out wiring connections, equipment, etc. The took several trips to attic to check wiring. Needed to come back with more/different test equipment. On second trip (again about 4 hrs effort) Jermaine had to re-connect wiring to access the router. Again many trips to attic and wiring closet. Finally got everything connect and wifi much improved

Starlink Strikes Again!

Worse yet, Starlink customer support is almost non-existent! Charles was such a professional! He called before arrival, explained how he'd done additional research and resourcing and would resolve the issue. He was quick, efficient and communicated clearly. Thank you.
