The Geek Squad tech was efficient, an expert in his craft, found my problem and repaired it quickly. I'm impressed by his knowledge and positive attitude.

HE is very professional and knowledgeable about not only wifi setups but computer interphase them together.

Had geek squad to come and set up new wi-fi router. Matt came and evaluated my set up and what I had purchased. Explained what needs my purchase would not support and provided options for better solutions. Had alternate product with him, sold it to me and returned original. Set up everything with outcome better than I had imagined. Even called cable/internet provider to complete setup of new equipment. Can't speak highly enough of my experience. Matt was awesome, made sure I understood everything and even left a way to contact him if I had any questions/problem - which I did not.

He installed it with know problem, he knew what he was doing. Anything I buy electronics I will have the squad install it worth the money less pain.

The Geek Squad agents did an excellent job installing and activating the router and meshed satellites, as well as keeping other links for security and tv up to date.

Devon, our technical advisor, did an excellent job of maximizing our internet speed with the equipment we have. She spent all the time required to understand our issue, set us up most efficiently as well explain our system so that going forward I can troubleshoot my own issues. Yet, she did offer any to come back any time should I need help in the future. Devon solved our slow internet issue and I am more than pleased with her service!

Our agent was amazingly knowledgeable and had our Google Mesh system up and running in no time.

I received a notice from AT&T that they were increasing my Internet speed and they sent me 3 pages of instructions. The agent rebooted all of my devices, but explained that AT&T used a lot of qualifiers, such as “up to” in their advertising. I didn’t realize until after the agent came over that it may not have been worth the trip. Great customer service by Best Buy, though.

I had spotty service fixed with an Eero mesh system. Super fast and I am finally getting what I was paying for from Frontier.

Will is awesome! Hooked up our new Eero system and we now have connectivity all over our house! He showed us how the app works and even made sure all of the new TVs were connected and set up on the system! Great service! Will is our new go-to guy for all things Geek Squad!
