Very knowledgeable technician. We were very pleased with service.

Mark was wonderful. He raised my modem (it was on the floor) to a spot on the desk, he connected the eero components, reset our password to something much easier to remember, checked the tv to make sure everything worked properl, etc. etc. He took the time and did more than we needed and it has been a tremendous help to us. We no longer have almost daily periods of no internet, we can turn on streaming and watch programs with no problems as all. He was terrific,

I received a notice from AT&T that they were increasing my Internet speed and they sent me 3 pages of instructions. The agent rebooted all of my devices, but explained that AT&T used a lot of qualifiers, such as “up to” in their advertising. I didn’t realize until after the agent came over that it may not have been worth the trip. Great customer service by Best Buy, though.

The agent was here to check my wifi in the house. He said that the wifi was average, but we were still having issues with my grandsons zoom classes. It would drop it all the time. He couldn't suggest a particular product to boost our signal. But he did suggest we should check out a better system. I went to the Best Buy in Westminster and purchased a new Orbi router and satellite system. We now have over 430mb of download speeds and no more drops of zoom. Thank you so much Geek Squad.

Technician was very knowledgeable and friendly with my unique concern (trying to hard line physical outlets in a house with pre-built in Ethernet and wifi enabled). He got it working. Unfortunately max speed of old Ethernet cables from the year 2000 was 100 mgs/second but at least i learned it could be done!

The Geek Squad agent did a great job setting up the WiFi. Determining the best places for the eeros. I have great coverage throughout my property. I have been going to Best Buy for many years because of their service both in the store and with Geek Squad. Keep it up!
