Starlink Strikes Again!

Worse yet, Starlink customer support is almost non-existent! Charles was such a professional! He called before arrival, explained how he'd done additional research and resourcing and would resolve the issue. He was quick, efficient and communicated clearly. Thank you.

EERO is very good but needs GEEK squad to be great

The average non tech person doesn't have the equipment to see where to place the unit with the strongest results for other equipment with very sensitive signal strength needs.

He didn't seem to know as much about the details of the system as the first one that recommended it during the in home consultation. He quickly got it set up and also took care of updating the gaming consoles too.
