I had Triple AAA service., and, 5 Gold Star setup. . . with the BestBuy Tech. . .

We had a geek squad agent set this up for us with ease. You’ll have to download the app and set up your own personal password. I would recommend this product.

The perfect Ethernet switch for me. I upgraded my router to wifi 6 mesh which is great and well worth what I spent on it. My only problem was that I have two computers and I wanted both to be hard wired to my new router. The only way was through an Ethernet switch. The Linksys Ethernet switch doesn’t have many possible connections but all I needed was one more connection so it was perfect not taking much real estate space and working flawlessly with my router.

The agents installed and set up new modem and router to replace a Comcast modem. The agent was knowledgeable and the installation went quickly. They work well and provide the same quality as the Comcast Modem did. No more rental charges.

The Geek Squad technicians were all very helpful and knowledgeable about my TV setup. They were able to explain the various problems that existed. They are very efficient people.

Mark was wonderful. He raised my modem (it was on the floor) to a spot on the desk, he connected the eero components, reset our password to something much easier to remember, checked the tv to make sure everything worked properl, etc. etc. He took the time and did more than we needed and it has been a tremendous help to us. We no longer have almost daily periods of no internet, we can turn on streaming and watch programs with no problems as all. He was terrific,
