Geek squad installed our SURFboard modem/router.

He was very professional and practiced all COVID guidelines. He expertly and knowledgeably set up our ARRIS SURFboard modem/router, contacting COX for the “connection” and to test the upload and download. He then connected and verified our computers, iPads, and iPhones were able to connect. We were glad Geek Squad Service was again available during the pandemic allowing us to connect to the internet with no hassles.

The technician was able to detect areas that needed them & educated us on how they work. He was professional and friendly answering all our questions & concerns! Well worth the money!!
