Works great. Installer did a great job. And he was so fast installing the chime extender.

Jesse helped me find the best location for my new Eero to get the strongest internet signal for our new outdoor television. She was very patient and helpful. She also helped me add streaming apps to the tv and walked me through that process. Again, super helpful. Jesse represents the Geek Squad very well!

Tech arrived in a timely fashion. He didn't seem to know as much about the details of the system as the first one that recommended it during the in home consultation. He quickly got it set up and also took care of updating the gaming consoles too.

Geek Squad came out to my home to aid in some trouble I was have connecting to my internet and the service went beyond my expectations! She tested the router, made adjustments and finally called the Internet provider to have a tech come out and check the installation. Sure enough the installer from Spectrum incorrectly did the installation, but the second tech was able to correct this and thanks to Geek Squad my Internet is now working great.

The agent corrected some program apps in two home computers and demonstrated some procedures to do on a regular basis to maintain better activity. This agent is a long term Geek and has been my go to person at the Geek desk for the past 7 years - now that he is a traveling agent I am delighted; he is an excellent communicator, listens to issue or question and gives best advice. He also wastes no time

We were able to quicky schedule the Geek Squad to find out what was causing a wifi connection issue. And, he quickly found the solution to our problem. He also tried the least expensive solutions first to keep our costs as low as possible. In addition, he was very helpful in advising us on other areas that we may as Geek Squad to help us with.
