Edward is the best! When he comes to my home for a computer, printer or wi-fi issue I know he will take care of what he came for quickly and efficiently. He always leaves his phone number should I have followup questions. I have never had to call him as he answers and fully explains my questions while here. The fact that he leaves his phone number tells me he stands behind his work and wants to be called with further questions about the service.

This is the best router. Router has brought out the color in my TV. I feel like I have a new TV.

Austin was our Geek Squad agent who arrived on time as scheduled. He was very professional and practiced all COVID guidelines. He expertly and knowledgeably set up our ARRIS SURFboard modem/router, contacting COX for the “connection” and to test the upload and download. He then connected and verified our computers, iPads, and iPhones were able to connect. We were glad Geek Squad Service was again available during the pandemic allowing us to connect to the internet with no hassles.
