I'm 57, Irish and have a bad neck, shoulders, back, lumbar discs and hips. The Geek Squad installer worked while I watched. No busting my head, cussing or having to be pulled out from under the desk installing wires and parts for me, no entering numbers, no looking for install info... and I pride myself in doing things myself! The Netgear Orbi, Netgear VDSL2/ADSL2 modem, three Cat 6 cables and set-up work perfectly! And the Geek Squad Tech's parents should be very proud of their son! Well worth the $150 price (although, I have worked too cheap all these years, I see...har-har!)

The Agent showed up promptly and got started right away. He was able trouble shoot my existing Wi-fi and showed that very inadequate. We removed our old Netgear and purchased the EERO Wi-fi set up that he had, and I have never been happier. My home and all my devices are now operating at top speed. I can now work in my shed on projects and watch my tablet without losing connection. I recommend Geek Squad Home Set up and Total Tech support. Without them I be still operating like I had dial up.
