Geek Squad did a great job of communicating prior to the visit and was great while in my house! Thank you for taking the time to check all over my house and helping getting going! My only complaint was it was too long to get an appointment. As a Total Tech member I would have thought scheduling would be easier. I guess you are too busy, but busy is a good thing.

This could not have been better or smoother. Installation took about thirty minutes. David did a great job and answered all questions.

Laz is a great guy - really smart, kind and polite. He fixed everything that Comcast mess up. Not even sure how this person worked for Comcast but, they messed up our entire network. Lazaro undid the Comcast nightmare, by putting our network back to factory settings. We need Comcast's help with that, I was on the phone with Comcast (TWO HOURS) while Laz went to another appointment. We're good to go now - lesson, don't let Comcast touch your stuff!!1 Geek Squad in Boynton is better organized than Boca, I live in-between them. Now I will always asks for Laz!
