Tech came out to the home and recognized the problem without 5 mins. and had it resolved within 15mins.

Luis was able to resolve all of the issues I was experiencing and afterwards he stayed to answer every question I had. Luis has helped with TV installation before and he did an excellent job with that as well. I am very grateful for his professionalism and expertise.

Luis, at the Los Altos BB store recommended the Wifi mesh system to resolve my internet connectivity issues. Scott, from Geek Squad, installed the system three weeks ago. We have not experienced a single problem with Wifi, including two computers, printers and three TVs. Our power company Smart Thermostat app on my phone has not gone out once. They were friendly and took special precautions to ensure that practiced safety and protection to the face, clothing, and feet when entering and working inside my home. I've had problems with both my smartphone and my computer and printer(s)! Being barely literate in all technical areas, the advances have finally outstriped my meager knowledge! Over a week I was in and out of the Arrowhead Best Buy almost daily for big fixes and little tweaks. Thanks so much to Geek Squad gurus and Samsung smarties!
