My Tech guy was highly efficient and effective in installing five eero WiFi devices in my home. He was easy to talk with.

The Geek Squad tech that came out to my house was very kind and knowledgeable Everything was set up and checked in a matter of moments.

Very efficient with the setup, as well as explaining the system patiently.

did not know what to expect and was blown away by the geek squad experience. was very helpful in setting up everything the way i wanted it.

The agent set up everything needed for our new desktop and Modem/router. He was quite helpful.

The Geek Squad technicians connected my TV to several devices and gave me a demonstration on how to work the control mouse.

I had been to the store twice to see the geek squad and then they sent the wrong geek specialty to my house, internet and equipment rep not a pc guy, however after paying for the visit the very smart rep was able to fix what no one else could. There is a disconnect and incompetence in the store,, i wasted a lot of time and money and at least the Kwaton the good rep was able to finally fix my issue, don’t know what better training your people need.

The agents from Geek Squad are amazing to work with. They fixed my Mac computer remotely and it has worked amazing since!

Finally had a Geek who understood and explained why I was having problems with my Laptop!!!

The Geek Squad agents did an excellent job installing and activating the router and meshed satellites, as well as keeping other links for security and tv up to date.

Service representative did a great job in troubleshooting and replacing my defective router and setting up my system.

Tristen and his coworker (unfortunately, I don't remember his name) were fantastic! They set up the eero wireless network, downloaded the app to my iPhone and explained how everything works in terminology that a "non-tech" person can understand. Both individuals represent the Geek Squad/Best Buy in the best possible light! Kudos.
