Geek Squad agents installed my wifi mesh system, after doing a free walk through the week before explaining how it works and where they would put them. They were right and they checked speed before and after in every spot that was getting one bar at the most. SO helpful and happy to answer my questions. Quick too!

They installed the router quickly and all worked great

Technicians performed installation and setup in a professional manner. He explained all of the setup so that I could make any changes to suit my needs.

The gentleman who installed the internet booster was excellent. Never did get his name. Friendly, knowledgeable, and QUICK. Hope you keep him.

The installer reviewed WiFi connectivity problems in the house and we agreed on the placement of the mesh network. She contacted AT&T and made all the necessary adjustment so the Mesh network could be up and running in the home. She discussed the installment with me and gave me information to contact her if their were any problems with the operation of the network. None have been encountered to date.

The first tech that came out worked on the issue and was honest and stated he needed someone else with better knowledge with system and promptly had another tech schedule an appointment with me. When he came out he immediately diagnosed and fixed issue. Great Service

We needed help in getting a router set up for our new smart house. Comcast refused to install in the basement box, so we went to Best Buy. What a great decision. The service provided by the Geek Squad Jamie in our home was outstanding. She set up the router She took the loose wires in the box in the basement and gathered and bound the wires. Computer was set up for wireless access. Customer service was outstanding. We are so glad we went to Best Buy for help.

Tristen and his coworker (unfortunately, I don't remember his name) were fantastic! They set up the eero wireless network, downloaded the app to my iPhone and explained how everything works in terminology that a "non-tech" person can understand. Both individuals represent the Geek Squad/Best Buy in the best possible light! Kudos.

The agent updated my PC with the necessary drivers for Windows 10 version 2004. However, he did not respond to my messages while he was on my PC and when he was finished he logged off without giving me a chance to check that my PC was working properly. A screen was left on my PC to rate the service I received but how could I rate it when I did not check out the PC first? Other agents called me when they were done so I could review the PC before they ended the session.

We purchased a new router to save on our cable bill each month as we were going to start streaming. The Geek Squad came to our home to install and set up the internet for us. They were very friendly and actually took out all of our cable equipment for us, installed the router and checked to make sure that each of our wireless items were connected. I would highly recommend them!

Matt Harrison set up my modem & router for TV, computer & phone for home Wi-Fi network. Matt was very knowledgeable and explained everything at a "senior citizen" level.
