We live in the country (small town) so trips back and forth to get Tech Support can be spendy and not cost-effective. Geek Squad not only makes house calls, but in-store visits can be arranged and managed via phone, so no more wasted trips to a retail outlet. In addition, several times I have not had to make that trip because a Tech has given me what I needed by phone (usually a common-sense reference). I will continue to be a Geek Squad advocate as long as I have electronics in the home!!

Geek Squad agents installed my wifi mesh system, after doing a free walk through the week before explaining how it works and where they would put them. They were right and they checked speed before and after in every spot that was getting one bar at the most. SO helpful and happy to answer my questions. Quick too!

I bought geek squad service when I purchase new appliances from Best Buy because of the economics of delivery installation. I really glade I did. Not only for the appliances but every installation I need. Networking is not my specialty it’s there’s. They did a great job of not only installing my new network but of teaching me the fine advanced setting options.

The Geek Squad technicians were all very helpful and knowledgeable about my TV setup. They were able to explain the various problems that existed. They are very efficient people.

The clock radios which I purchased are just what I wanted. I have recently cut the cable and so have no more settop boxes which constantly showed the time of day. Once the boxes were gone, I realized how much I missed being able to see what time it was immediately. So, I purchased these two clock radios only to have them replace my Verizon set top boxes. And, they have worked out beautifully!

I highly recommend the Geek Squad Premium Network Setup!! We purchased a new more powerful router and the Geek Squad representative that installed it was terrific. He went over step by step what he was doing to set up the network and never tired of answering questions from a wireless novice. Before he left he made sure that all our wireless devices were working properly and accessing the new router. He even provided me his email in case we had any further questions or problems. Great customer service. I would highly recommend this Geek Squad service.
