I had lost all of my internet connections. contacted geek squad to solve the problem. Upon arrival Geek Squad agent Erin set about diagnosing the problems with my internet connections. Erin ended up resetting my IP address and reinstalling the entire wifi network. Erin was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I would highly recommend Geek Squad for any of your computer problems, I have used geek squad in the past and have always had excellent results.

The gentleman was very nice. Respectful of my property. And taught me several things I needed to know. Thank you very much for such respectful people working for your geek squad.

I live in a small town with no electronic equipment support. I rely in Best Buy and Geek Squad for set up and service.

I am very please with the Geek Squad technician, who has performed multiple services in my home. The technician is very friendly and is an expert in his field. He does an excellent job every time. The last time I had an in-home service, he was unavailable due to circumstances beyond his control. However, the two technicians who came to do the service were friendly and knew what they were doing. In summary, I highly recommend the Geek Squad service.

I have not really had it connected yet, but it is good to know that the geek squad will come out and do this.

The technician set up my router and made sure wifi / smart home devices were connected and worked. He went beyond any expectations as he ensured the product was right for me.

Found out that I wasn't sold a modem /router, it was just a modem. When Geek squad came to house they discovered that and sold me this router. Seems to work fine

Agent Zack was amazing. He took the time to explain what he was doing in a timely manner, professionally and followed up to ensure we were all set. When the system wasn't working correctly he returned to trouble shoot and recommended a different system for my set up, came back and reinstalled the new system which is working flawlessly. He again followed up in a few days.

Excellent service. The Geek Squad member arrived on time, quickly took on board what I needed to do to integrate a new router into my wi-fi set up. We were able to eliminate an additional wi-fi support system by eero that was no longer necessary and he then connected all devices. Everything now works perfectly! Highly recommend this service
