Requested GS resolve issue with my Eero interface to my internet provider’s modem. The internet provider replaced the ONT, switch and modem after an electrical storm. Agent determined the Eero unit had been compromised through the connecting ethernet cable. Issue was resolved by replacing unit.

I needed help with my in-home wifi. In a short amount of time, he was able to diagnose, and fix the issue. The whole thing took about 20 minutes. We hadn't been able to get very good wifi signal in different parts of the house, even with a mesh network. He was professional and respectful while he was there. I have full confidence that he would have been able to fix any problem.

The tech installed a new eero 6+ wifi 3 unit mesh system and a Linksys 5-port switch to replace a 15 year old Linksys wifi router. The tech arrived on time, explaining the setup process and answered all of my question. The time to uninstall old units and install new units was very fast and went without any issues.

Set up was done professionally and the 3 eero system works great. I have consistent, maximum Wi-Fi speeds on all three levels of my home. My new LG OLED with the Amazon 4K Fire-TV Stick works great.

Both of the technicians were professional and fixed the problem and sold me the correct products. Hopefully I am now good to go for a while!

Tyler, the tech who set-up our wireless network, was fantastic. He called the morning of installation to give me an approximate time he'd arrive. Later in the morning, he called back to tell me he was on his way. He arrive and completed the work within the original window of time Best Buy had given me, and all on the timeline Tyler specified earlier in the morning. He was extremely helpful answering all of our questions, and didn't leave until everything was operating perfectly. Incredible customer service!

Two Geek Squad experts came in and set up the wi-fi system -- they used the eero triband router I purchased at Best Buy plus integrated other eero gear I already had. They did a masterful job of extending the network throughout my home and to both front and back patios. Service is what brings me back to BB.

Geek squad did a great job on connecting my Wi-Fi and TVs. Got them up and running quickly and they work perfectly.

Excellent service. The Geek Squad member arrived on time, quickly took on board what I needed to do to integrate a new router into my wi-fi set up. We were able to eliminate an additional wi-fi support system by eero that was no longer necessary and he then connected all devices. Everything now works perfectly! Highly recommend this service
