I kept being told that he would be right with me as he was working with another customer. After a half hour I started walking around going to the gentleman at the checkout to get a print out of my purchase so I would have the model number to know what kind of filter I need it for my refrigerator. He never got anyone else to help me and was still with the same customer when I left.

I was briefed quite often as to the timing of the Geek person's arrival time. She was in communication with me also. She arrived on time. Went to work and talked to me constantly explaining everything she was doing. I was very impressed with the whole experience.

The person who came out was great ! He made sure that it was set up correctly - had the "secret" number to an actual person at Comcast to get it all to work together. It would have taken me forever to get Comcast to make it work. Very pleased

Actually I did not use the booster from Best Buy. My son had given us one that was exactly the same that he could not use any more so when the geeks came out to install they used his and took the new one back. The geeks were just amazing and got the booster working perfectly.
