The clock radios which I purchased are just what I wanted. I have recently cut the cable and so have no more settop boxes which constantly showed the time of day. Once the boxes were gone, I realized how much I missed being able to see what time it was immediately. So, I purchased these two clock radios only to have them replace my Verizon set top boxes. And, they have worked out beautifully!

Finally had a Geek who understood and explained why I was having problems with my Laptop!!!

I needed help with my in-home wifi. In a short amount of time, he was able to diagnose, and fix the issue. The whole thing took about 20 minutes. We hadn't been able to get very good wifi signal in different parts of the house, even with a mesh network. He was professional and respectful while he was there. I have full confidence that he would have been able to fix any problem.

But once they did, the Geek Squad setup was worth the extra 100 bucks. They came out, set everything up, and showed my wife how to use what we purchased.

Two agents came to install a new modem/router/phone jack & a new TV. I stayed with the agent doing the Wifi set-up so I could supply passwords. She was knowledgeable, efficient, and very patient with me. My husband & I felt a weight lifted having the Geek Squad make updates for us,

This was one of the best decisions I’ve made, ever. After buying a new WiFi router, I decided to schedule the geek squad to install it. I’ve installed electronics before and usually WiFi is fairly easy, but in all honesty, I just didn’t want to deal with it this time. Lee was friendly, on-time and very knowledgeable, giving me a quick rundown of the device and letting me know about the nuances and warranties offered. I’m grateful and very happy that I hired the squad to do the task for me. Would not hesitate to hire them again.

Very helpful installers. They knew their stuff. Very helpful and likeable.

I had been to the store twice to see the geek squad and then they sent the wrong geek specialty to my house, internet and equipment rep not a pc guy, however after paying for the visit the very smart rep was able to fix what no one else could. There is a disconnect and incompetence in the store,, i wasted a lot of time and money and at least the Kwaton the good rep was able to finally fix my issue, don’t know what better training your people need.

The guys were timely and knew what they were doing. Had everything set up neatly and even cleaned up after themselves.

My Tech guy was highly efficient and effective in installing five eero WiFi devices in my home. He was easy to talk with.

We needed help setting up our whole house wifi and Gerson from the Geek Squad came and did an excellent job getting it all connected and running smoothly. I highly recommend the Geek Squad!
