The service call itself was good. The process to get someone there was incredibly frustrating. The first two calls were with India and neither actually resulted in an appointment. Nobody showed and when I called they had no record of one and the other had been cancelled ( not by me). The third service call was cancelled the morning of as the employee was sick. So, it took almost 2 months to get anyone over to fix a problem caused be Geek Squad when they installed an eero system.

I kept being told that he would be right with me as he was working with another customer. After a half hour I started walking around going to the gentleman at the checkout to get a print out of my purchase so I would have the model number to know what kind of filter I need it for my refrigerator. He never got anyone else to help me and was still with the same customer when I left.
