WiFi is really excellent,it has many features but we just found out that the system is a trial, the geeks didn’t tell us,bummer right, it sure is nice to be informed when you spend 5000$

The service call itself was good. The process to get someone there was incredibly frustrating. The first two calls were with India and neither actually resulted in an appointment. Nobody showed and when I called they had no record of one and the other had been cancelled ( not by me). The third service call was cancelled the morning of as the employee was sick. So, it took almost 2 months to get anyone over to fix a problem caused be Geek Squad when they installed an eero system.

Needed the internet from Century Link connected to my computer and that's what he did. Good job and now I will contact the Geek Squad again to get more help.

Quick and excellent service from Geek Squad. Arrived on time and set up my router. Answered all my questions and offered tips. Friendly and helpful.

This was very helpful. We date back to the days of hardwired cat 5 all over the house so setting up nodes was a little foreign to us. He not only helped us get it set up and position them correctly but he also explained it to us in a way that allowed us to buy another node when we needed it and now it's perfect. We are in a standard raised ranch 2500 ft² house with two levels and we needed four.
