The agent set up the new computer in our house and answered questions. We asked how to have this new computer share files with a second computer. We were delighted to hear about several available options. The agent wrote out a list of the needed equipment. The agent evaluated the existing router as too old to support the robust system we had chosen. This could not have happened without an in-house agent visit.

Two agents came to install a new modem/router/phone jack & a new TV. I stayed with the agent doing the Wifi set-up so I could supply passwords. She was knowledgeable, efficient, and very patient with me. My husband & I felt a weight lifted having the Geek Squad make updates for us,

Sales Rep, Michael of the Spring store was alerted to complication experienced with installation of wi-fi mesh system where 2 system satellites would not connect to net. Subsequently, Geek Squad representatives, Eric & Preston were dispatched to home and resolved technical issue within several minutes time on 17 Sept 2022.

WE HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCES WITH THE GEEK SQUAD MEMBERS ON THREE VISITS. DELIVERED AND SET UP OUR NEW TELEVISION, RETURNED TO CHECK VARIOUS THINGS, AND THEN RETURNED AND SET UP THE MESH SYSTEM THAT WE PURCHASED. VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, FRIENDLY, AND PATIENT.
