Geeks Squad keeps getting better!!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We live in the country (small town) so trips back and forth to get Tech Support can be spendy and not cost-effective. Geek Squad not only makes house calls, but in-store visits can be arranged and managed via phone, so no more wasted trips to a retail outlet. In addition, several times I have not had to make that trip because a Tech has given me what I needed by phone (usually a common-sense reference). I will continue to be a Geek Squad advocate as long as I have electronics in the home!!

Subsequently, Geek Squad representatives, Eric & Preston were dispatched to home and resolved technical issue within several minutes time on 17 Sept 2022.
