I highly recommend the Geek Squad Premium Network Setup!! We purchased a new more powerful router and the Geek Squad representative that installed it was terrific. He went over step by step what he was doing to set up the network and never tired of answering questions from a wireless novice. Before he left he made sure that all our wireless devices were working properly and accessing the new router. He even provided me his email in case we had any further questions or problems. Great customer service. I would highly recommend this Geek Squad service.

There were two(2) Technicians that came to my home. I was apprehensive, since I had my erro set up by Brian of the Geek Squad. I told them I needed to register my erro, due to the fact I recvd a message from erro to register them both. The two men stated they were registered. I don't know if they were because it was confusing to me the form from erro. Judy

Tyler, the tech who set-up our wireless network, was fantastic. He called the morning of installation to give me an approximate time he'd arrive. Later in the morning, he called back to tell me he was on his way. He arrive and completed the work within the original window of time Best Buy had given me, and all on the timeline Tyler specified earlier in the morning. He was extremely helpful answering all of our questions, and didn't leave until everything was operating perfectly. Incredible customer service!

Needed the internet from Century Link connected to my computer and that's what he did. Good job and now I will contact the Geek Squad again to get more help.
