Geek squad installed my router

After he left I discovered some of the devices not working. Disappointed that I needed to go to the store to get some advice because there was no way to speak to a technician on the robotic phone line.

Geek set up new computer and answered questions

We asked how to have this new computer share files with a second computer. We were delighted to hear about several available options. The agent wrote out a list of the needed equipment. The agent evaluated the existing router as too old to support the robust system we had chosen. This could not have happened without an in-house agent visit.

Stumped by mesh network!

reinstalling eero system

The technician arrived as scheduled, corrected that problem and also addressed a couple of minor problems with my home theater system which had been installed at the same time. Overall it was a a terrific experience and one which convinced me of the value of the annual contract with the Geek squad.

Took the time too make sure we understood the updates they did too our WiFi and other questions we had about adding more extensions. We recommend the Geek Squad Hands Down.
