Hans contacted me in advance of the appointment; then, even arrived a few minutes early. He knew exactly what to do to set up my Linksys Velop mesh Wi-Fi 6 system. We had multiple equipments (including 2 TVs) that had connect to the new router system. He accomplished this in half of the time that I expected — with no hiccups! Furthermore, he was very experienced…and super “personable.”

Very good, explained things as they went along. I would recommend them to neighbors.

Wi-Fi was already set up. We needed it adjusted. He readjusted the previous concerns that were not done the last time we had the Geek Squad.

I have suddenlink internet, which has been a constant connection issue for me since I've moved here, and unable to get suddenlink to even try to resolve my problem. The geek squad agent, Josh Hines, was AWESOME. He worked diligently until he figured out my connection issue...have not had a single issue since his visit. I have recommended geek squad to several individuals with internet issues.

The Agent installed my mesh system Eero. Set it up and taught me how to use the Eero.

New router was needed as old router was 15 years old. Install and hook up was quick. With new router speed was triple of the old one and new router coved the 1600 sf house perfect!

She got my computer all set up and she was very, very nice and helpful.

Dave was polite and efficient and patient with me. He quickly replaced my old router and made sure everything had internet access when he was done. He even took the time to add an app to my tv that I had been unsuccessfully trying to do for ever. Couldn't recommend him more.
