Install Modem & Mesh

Technician to come to our house to install a Net Gear Modem and Google Mesh system I bought from Best Buy. Prior to his arrival I was headed back to Best Buy to return the almost $400.00 of equipment. He was close to three weeks after the purchase, but truly professional. The prior Geek Squad personnel had totally screwed up the installation of these two pieces of equipment.

Geek Squad replaced router

He quickly replaced my old router and made sure everything had internet access when he was done. He even took the time to add an app to my tv that I had been unsuccessfully trying to do for ever. Couldn't recommend him more.
