Technician hadn't installed this new version of Linksys' mesh wi-fi, but installation went fairly trouble-free. Probably could have managed myself but wasn't that familiar with system, so went with Total Tech package that included installation

I asked the Geek Squad to survey my home wifi setup and provide a solution and installation that would solve my weak signal. The service was great. The problem was solved, installation was quick, and follow up exceptional. I would recommend them without any reservations.

Tito was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Not only did he set up my wi-fi flawlessly he also set up my Roku TV quickly. He listened to all my questions and courteously answered all of them. Thank You Geek Squad and Tito!

Geek Squad member Jeff came to my house to set up the Google Nest Home Wi-Fi I purchased from Best Buy. He did a great job, quickly setting up the Nests in 3 locations in my home, and making sure they were working properly before he left. While he was here, he also evaluated my TV streaming requirements (this is a newly purchased house) and recommended (3) Roku sticks, which I have since purchased from BestBuy and have arranged for Jeff to return for the setup of these devices. The service provided by Jeff and the Geek Squad was excellent.

GS tech Anthony arrived on on time. He assessed the tasks quickly. And within 30 minutes he was finished. Job well done.

My Go to problem solver. Problem is that they are so needed for tech resolutions, that they take time to get on the phone, or online to get service person, and first you get level one tech to explain problem, if further needs, they bump you up to a level two tech to fix, and all can be done online when they remote at your permission and always have fixed my issues, for several years now. Only problems are getting enough qualified people to solve our tech issues, current staff is not enough, they should hire more people to help in customer support.

Had a Mesh wi-fi system set up. The service was excellent, arrived on time, very personable installer set up my system. Made sure everything was working properly, and I understood what I had installed. Also a follow up phone call was made by the installer the next day to make sure things were running properly, and if I had any questions. Was happy I had the geek squad do the job. I might have been able to do it myself, but I am sure it would have taken me hours to get it set up and working properly. Well worth the few dollars it cost, for my time alone.

Tech was very good. They said they had a better router and take back the one sent by Best Buy Tech. You still list the wrong one for review ARCHER. They installed an EERO-6. which was supposed to be registered. Someone dropped the ball. Then all my purchases, router , computer, one year Geek Squad + recent purchases were recorded in an OLD account and we had a mess getting it straightened out and listed in the new account. Except for the Eero-6. I have a code if I have to prove the Error. Does all that tell you anything and that you have work to do?? I will say the installers and the people at Heath Store are VERY nice

Agents installed my new modem and wi-fi. They were very professional, helpful and answered all my questions. They disconnected old computer and unused wiring/cords to help me cleanup. Very pleased and would use them again.

Bought a combo modem/router for my daughter in Tulsa, the tech that came out to do the installation was from the Owasso Store. He worked quickly and got the complete installation done and walked her thru any issues and questions she had.

The Tech was great, went to the problem and found the answer IE: Wham, Bam, Thank you man!

The installation was quick and simple. They made sure all of my devices were connected to my wifi network before leaving. Also did a good job explaining the app to control my network.

Justin and John arrived on time and were very professional. They answered all our questions and discussed what the possible solution would be. They were very patient. I highly recommend Geek Squad!

We recently purchased an internet modem/router from Best Buy and scheduled with Geed Squad to help us install it. Our technician, Robert, provided outstanding service. Honestly, this man was a champ from start to finish, what an excellent employee. The initial connection only took minutes to complete, but unfortunately dealing with Comcast to finish the job was an excruciating and frustrating experience. Thankfully Robert was patient throughout several phone calls to Comcast -and these calls took well over an hour. Thanks again to Robert for his perseverance and professionalism!
