Install Modem & Mesh

Technician to come to our house to install a Net Gear Modem and Google Mesh system I bought from Best Buy. Prior to his arrival I was headed back to Best Buy to return the almost $400.00 of equipment. He was close to three weeks after the purchase, but truly professional. The prior Geek Squad personnel had totally screwed up the installation of these two pieces of equipment.

Geek Squad agent quickly connected wifi to phone.

The agent saw the problem, fixed it and I had captions on my phone. The CapTel phone is the only one that has this problem-my LapTop,TV, and cell phone do not have a problem connecting.

Let the experts do the Set-Up
