Very quick and professional service, also fixed issues with harmony remote

Dustin was absolutely the best; patient and answered all my questions! I am so happy with the eero system!! Dustin went over all the information and really listened to the concerns I had about Wi-Fi and WFH issues. We tested all laptops, desktops and phone and were able to establish one network for the whole house, where before we had 3. I am so thankful for his suggestions and resolutions!!!

We chose to not deal with the Google Home Setup and used Geek Squad, less stress and happy as everything is working well.

Extra points given for being very nice and helpful and wearing shoe covers. Points taken away for not double checking to make sure everything worked after the first trip. The Geek Squad was out and upgraded our WiFi system and modem and installed Apple TV. I would have given them more stars if everything had worked properly after the first visit. Unfortunately it didn’t and they had to come back out to diagnose the problem. Turns out the modem BB recommended for us didn’t work properly with the WiFi system they recommended. We replaced the modem and spent quite a bit of our own time getting everything to work. It’s working now and is a big improvement over what we had previously.

There were two(2) Technicians that came to my home. I was apprehensive, since I had my erro set up by Brian of the Geek Squad. I told them I needed to register my erro, due to the fact I recvd a message from erro to register them both. The two men stated they were registered. I don't know if they were because it was confusing to me the form from erro. Judy

VERY EASY TO SET UP. WORKS WONDERFUL. WE ARE IN A TWO STORY HOUSE AND IT COVERS EVERY INCH OF THE HOUSEHOLD.

I’m an older guy who did not grow up with all this high-tech stuff that is so common today and frankly setting it up and learning to use it can be really frustrating for me. So I now call the Best Buy geek squad because they know what they’re doing and it saves me a lot of aggravation and time Setting up tech related equipment in my home. Plus the few techs I’ve had at my house from the geek squad have all been excellent in their skills and professional manner’s

So glad my WiFi issue was solved quickly. Just wish they knew everything and could solve it all!!

The agents set up our eero boxes expertly and taught us how to use the app that monitors them.

Chey and Scott from the Geek Squad did a fantastic job. They called ahead, came on time, were polite and courteous, installed the products professionally, explained how to use the products and made sure we understood how to use the products before they left. Chey and Scott rendered the very best customer service possible. Whatever Best Buy is paying them is not enough. They deserve ten stars but I could only give them five.

Fred did an excellent job of setting up the Orbi and was very helpful in explaining the process. I highly recommend him.

So far EVERYTHING has worked GREAT. I highly recommend having BEST BUY. I didn't feel stupid with any of my qusetions
