The Geek Squad guy came in and set everything up. There were no issues. He was polite, knowledgeable, and patient with my questions.

The agent installed all 3 devices, provided the features of new devices and suggested where to place them.

It was great not to have to worry about how to set up everything. They made sure everything worked before leaving.

Needed to add some range to our WiFi, but didn’t know how. Got great advice in store, and excellent service on the free in home set up. Ryan showed up on time, and hooked everything up including reconnecting all our devices. We’re very happy with the mesh network, and the service provided by geek squad. If your not a total tech member, your missing out !

Best Buy brought out my TV and all related media items I had purchased. They wall mounted TV and sound bar and connected all speakers, subwoofer and blueray. Then they calibrated the sound bar, plugged in all my accounts, preferences, passwords, so I didn’t have to do anything. And it didn’t cost me anything because I am a total tech member. So worth it.

I was thoroughly impressed with the rep from the Geek Squad. He was within the time window and let me know where he was so I could estimate arrival. Very knowledgeable about the Eero system. He had us up and running in 30 minutes. Made solid recommendations on placing the remotes and made certain all connections were made (TV, laptops, iPads, printers, desktop, and HVAC controller).
