The agent’s installed new equipment for my Wi-Fi network. They made sure all APP’s, TV’s were working and helped to schedule a PC / APPLE agent to come to help with my computer back up system. Very professional agents, took care in my home and explained how it all worked.

Agent Andrea arrived on time and was extremely knowledgeable. She took the time set it up and test different locations for signal strength. She also reconfigured so all Our existing products worked seamlessly right from the start. Would highly recommend her and the Geek Squad for your network needs

Arrived on time. Carefully and thoroughly diagnosed the problem. Contacted Comcast on my behalf. Talked through the issue with Comcast so there was an understanding of the problem. Helped set up an appointment with Comcast. The problem was not one I had been able to identify and I would not have known how to work with Comcast. Everything was fixed promptly. The service cost well worth the investment.

The service of the Geek Squad members continues to be top notch. This appointment was a 're-do' in a sense, since we stil had further home WiFi questions. The GSM that came out the final time did an exceptional job explaining everything in terms of how the Eero pods were doing their job and our WiFi connection was decent. I'd recommend this service to anyone with questions, big or small.

Chey and Scott from the Geek Squad did a fantastic job. They called ahead, came on time, were polite and courteous, installed the products professionally, explained how to use the products and made sure we understood how to use the products before they left. Chey and Scott rendered the very best customer service possible. Whatever Best Buy is paying them is not enough. They deserve ten stars but I could only give them five.

Don't know what I would do without this service. Very thankful to have access to people who can help me.

The initial Geek tried to install my Ring doorbell but encountered problems with my wifi system. I had to change my complete system because of that doorbell. Several other Geeks were sent to correct but the problems were corrected by the original Geek assigned from El Centro, he even checked by on his own to correct problems .

Tech. was very helpful setting up my new computer and programming the new remote so I would not have to have 2 or 3 remotes.
