wi-fi set up, Tv connection, computer clean up......should have bought Geek squad services years ago.

The initial Geek tried to install my Ring doorbell but encountered problems with my wifi system. I had to change my complete system because of that doorbell. Several other Geeks were sent to correct but the problems were corrected by the original Geek assigned from El Centro, he even checked by on his own to correct problems .

Excellent and knowledgeable professionals. They made it easy for this "non-techy" to understand what they were doing.

Geek squad came to house to hook up WiFi to new computer. That was done. I asked the agent to make sure the printer was functioning with the new computer. Checked the function with test page. This one printed. When I tried to print a document, the printer function didn’t work! Made an appointment with Geek Squad agent who came into my home to give instructions for correct application with new computer. He was helpful and resolved the problem.

Josh installed different eero devices around our house to improve our WiFi. He did a super job!

Was not impressed with this service. The tech that came out was knowledgeable but very aggressive and not very personable. It was more like "I know what i'm doing and I don't care about what your saying". I also didn't like the fact that he just logged into my network and pulled up my network name & password, even after I told him it wasn't necessary for him to help me find it, because i did't have it at the time.

Very pleased with geek squad help with home wifi setup.
