So glad my WiFi issue was solved quickly. Just wish they knew everything and could solve it all!!

The Geek Squad did an amazing job!!! Had them install my Wireless Mesh system and we now have 100% coverage for our entire property. We stream movies and the UFC fights to the pool and back patio to our outdoor movie projector. No loss of coverage or internet speed all the way to the farthest parrs of the backyard. Still get over 400Mbps internet speeds everywhere. Love it!

It has given us more Wi-Fi we did not expect it to work so quickly but it did.

Geek squad came to house to hook up WiFi to new computer. That was done. I asked the agent to make sure the printer was functioning with the new computer. Checked the function with test page. This one printed. When I tried to print a document, the printer function didn’t work! Made an appointment with Geek Squad agent who came into my home to give instructions for correct application with new computer. He was helpful and resolved the problem.

this made our life a lot easier the Geek Squad came in and set every thing up and made sure it was working properly. very happy

I had two visits from the Geek Squad and the technicians repaired my computer troubles promptly with professional quality. I highly recommend Best Buy for any kind of things you need done.

We chose to not deal with the Google Home Setup and used Geek Squad, less stress and happy as everything is working well.

I purchased a brand new 55" Sony Bravia 4K TV with sound bar and surround sound bookcase back speakers. I moved into a new space so I wanted all three tv's mounted on the wall, without any wires showing. I decided to purchase the Total Whole Home Geek Squad Package and had the guys from Best Buy to set everything up. They were prompt and completely professional and they were done early. I definitely recommend this service to everyone.

Extra points given for being very nice and helpful and wearing shoe covers. Points taken away for not double checking to make sure everything worked after the first trip. The Geek Squad was out and upgraded our WiFi system and modem and installed Apple TV. I would have given them more stars if everything had worked properly after the first visit. Unfortunately it didn’t and they had to come back out to diagnose the problem. Turns out the modem BB recommended for us didn’t work properly with the WiFi system they recommended. We replaced the modem and spent quite a bit of our own time getting everything to work. It’s working now and is a big improvement over what we had previously.

Camron Eyer did a great job of installing our Eeros routers. He even returned to connect our printer to the wifi service and showed us how to work the scanner. He’s a tech wiz!

I’m an older guy who did not grow up with all this high-tech stuff that is so common today and frankly setting it up and learning to use it can be really frustrating for me. So I now call the Best Buy geek squad because they know what they’re doing and it saves me a lot of aggravation and time Setting up tech related equipment in my home. Plus the few techs I’ve had at my house from the geek squad have all been excellent in their skills and professional manner’s

Having my own router that I dont have to pay comcast for, every month, is the greatest! Dont know why I didnt do it 10 years ago. The best people work for best buy, the people who dont work for best buy arent nearly as good, or nice.
