The "squad" set up our new router and the Mesh. Even they had a hard time doing it and still had to use the old router. What was supposed to have been "easy" was not' it turned out to be a bit complicated. But the guys found a way to make it all work. They were good workers, pleasant, easy to work with, and courteous.

Very professional, Got here on time. Fixed the problem so I can get on with my life. GREAT!

I believe the agents installed my product correctly and were very neat and polite. However, my internet speed issues have actually gotten worse, not better. I went back into the store and was told that I need to switch internet providers. Still a work in progress.

I was very satisfied with the efficient and professional set-up of my in-home router. The Geek Squad representative was very aware of the Covid precautions. He explained the system to me when he was done & what to do if I had questions, etc. He helped me connect with my I-Phone and made sure I knew where my password was located. My first time using the Geek Squad but would not hesitate to do so again!!

The Tech who installed the system was very good. The process used by Best Buy, which included three visits to our home and multiple refusals to call us back was a disaster. I;m still waiting for someone at Best Buy with some degree of authority to pick up the phone and call, especially because in-home services and the West L.A. store won't return calls.

We purchased an Orbi wi-fi mesh network system several months ago. The instructions said to just plug it in. We couldn't understand why our systems were still slow and why we saw very little improvement. It wasn't till we had the Geek Squad take a look that we realized there was a whole lot more than just plugging it in. Why buy equipment without having it professionally installed. In order to receive the true benefit, it pays to have an expert look at it.
