Top Notch service and attitude!

She took the time set it up and test different locations for signal strength. She also reconfigured so all Our existing products worked seamlessly right from the start. Would highly recommend her and the Geek Squad for your network needs

Complicated set up!

Even they had a hard time doing it and still had to use the old router. What was supposed to have been "easy" was not' it turned out to be a bit complicated. But the guys found a way to make it all work. They were good workers, pleasant, easy to work with, and courteous.

Geek Squad got me back on the internet quickly
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Agents reinstalled my computer modem to successfully achieve internet access for me after a mini power surge had rendered my computer unable to do so despite efforts to resume access by the usual disconnect/reconnect process. They listened to my descriptions of the events/problems and immediately knew what to do. I had use of the internet again in about 30 minutes.

Geek Squad agent quickly connected wifi to phone.

The agent saw the problem, fixed it and I had captions on my phone. The CapTel phone is the only one that has this problem-my LapTop,TV, and cell phone do not have a problem connecting.

Internet in 90 year old house works like new a new

Our house is 90+ years old so there is no open floor plan anywhere so our wifi signal was spotty. The Techs. came in installed the eero units and now the is not a weak signal anywhere upstairs or down. the two Techs. that came were very professional and easy to talk to and explained why they placed each unit where they did.
