Router replacement and installation

She installed the router and was able to preserve my password and user name. She explained everything. She also waited until each of my electronics had joined the network. It was very good working with her.

New Wi-Fi Network

They made sure all APP’s, TV’s were working and helped to schedule a PC / APPLE agent to come to help with my computer back up system. Very professional agents, took care in my home and explained how it all worked.
