Geek Squad connected wifi extender to StarLInk

StarLink has no WPS button, so it all had to be done via the internet. They also set up an ethernet hub to connect our solar panels' router to StarLink. I did have to order and have ready the StarLink Ethernet converter from StarLink.

Geek Squad got me back on the internet quickly
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Agents reinstalled my computer modem to successfully achieve internet access for me after a mini power surge had rendered my computer unable to do so despite efforts to resume access by the usual disconnect/reconnect process. They listened to my descriptions of the events/problems and immediately knew what to do. I had use of the internet again in about 30 minutes.

Technicians installed my Wifi mesh system quickly

The recommended where to put the units for the best coverage in my house. The did discover that my internet is not fast enough for Hulu or any other service on my smart tv. Now I know why I was never able to hook my tv to the internet. :-(

Success with Geek Squad
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After months of trying to set up computer in far end of house by ourselves and purchasing a different product to boost signal, I called Geek Squad. Totaling willing to pay the additional travel fee, we were quite pleased at how quickly we were scheduled. Once the agent arrived he diagnosed the problem, had the solution equipment in his vehicle, and set up the new computer within one hour. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. SOOOOO pleased with service from Geek Squad!!
