Technicians installed my Wifi mesh system as quickly as my lousy internet would allow. The recommended where to put the units for the best coverage in my house. The did discover that my internet is not fast enough for Hulu or any other service on my smart tv. Now I know why I was never able to hook my tv to the internet. :-(

This is the best router. Router has brought out the color in my TV. I feel like I have a new TV.

We had purchased a NETGEAR Wi Fi extender and neede some Geek Squad help to get it back online after a power outage. Our Geek Squad tech made quick work of it and showed us what to do if it happened again. He checked out the house wi fi conections insuring great signals.

The set up was quick and easy. The techs were friendly and made sure we understood the system before they left.

I believe the agents installed my product correctly and were very neat and polite. However, my internet speed issues have actually gotten worse, not better. I went back into the store and was told that I need to switch internet providers. Still a work in progress.

I was having great difficulty pairing a new router with my existing router. I tried following all the printed instructions to no avail. I even looked for online advice for similar problems. In the end, I had Geek Squad try. I was somewhat relieved that even the Geek Squad rep had difficulty sizing up and resolving the problem, but after several attempts, he came up with a solution and now everything works just fine.

They were able to connect the wifi extender to StarLink. StarLink has no WPS button, so it all had to be done via the internet. They also set up an ethernet hub to connect our solar panels' router to StarLink. I did have to order and have ready the StarLink Ethernet converter from StarLink.

They did a great set up on my home WIFI I recommend them to all.
