2 service people were excellent in every way. They installed my new TV and router and did some trouble-shooting related to a problematic laptop. They worked quickly, communicated well, obviously knew what they were doing, got all my devices connected to my new router, diagnosed my computer problem. They were friendly, respectful, arrived on time. What more could I ask of anyone?

The agent connected my router and connected most of my devices. After he left I discovered some of the devices not working. Disappointed that I needed to go to the store to get some advice because there was no way to speak to a technician on the robotic phone line.

I’m not very knowledgeable therefore I had the geek squad install this. Did not take them long. Works great.

The agent was very efficient in diagnosing and correcting the problem. I depend on Geek Squad to keep my tech items working and I'm never disappointed by their service.

We needed help setting up and connecting our New Router. Geek Squad to the rescue! The Technician that came to our home was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. He explained his steps, as he connected our various electronics to our new router. He patiently answered our many questions in terms that we could understand, and he made sure that our new connection information was clearly written down for our future reference. Thank you Geek Squad!

teck agents replaced my router with a new super fast model. my router was connected to 9 devices. new routers always have a new password . i was going to have to reconnect to all 9 devices with the new password. the agents advised me that they could assign this new routers password with my old password. went very quickly ! These guys know there stuff. GREAT SERVICE!!
