Tech who came was excellent provided excellent service went over all the settings and explained everything in simple words.

The agent was very efficient in diagnosing and correcting the problem. I depend on Geek Squad to keep my tech items working and I'm never disappointed by their service.

Was not impressed with this service. The tech that came out was knowledgeable but very aggressive and not very personable. It was more like "I know what i'm doing and I don't care about what your saying". I also didn't like the fact that he just logged into my network and pulled up my network name & password, even after I told him it wasn't necessary for him to help me find it, because i did't have it at the time.

He was totally professional, skied, understanable and got the job done right.
