My installer/advisor Melvin was awesome. He answered all questions and did his job very well. This was an awesome experience and worth every penny for the one year plan. You receive everything needs in this Smart World.

I have used the Geek Squad in the past and this time was the same. Came on time and did the service quickly. Answered any questions and made sure I understood everything. Not cheap but I feel I received what was paid for. Thanks!

The techs arrived on time and promptly set to work to install my new router. However after several hours it became apparent that there was a problem with the router’s website that would not allow it to work.

I had a great experience with our new WiFi extender set-up. The installers were knowledgeable; timely; and courteous!

Got the computer up and running on the new router, but did not address the printer. Had to call in to get help with that and eventually it all seems to have worked out.

Bryce from Geek Squad provided hands down the very best service experience I’ve had since I relocated to Iowa from California. Bryce initially came to my house with a partner to install my new 85” Sony Bravia. When he was setting it up he did an Internet speed test and told me my basement wasn’t getting enough Internet from my wireless router to perform flawlessly. He recommended the product he uses at his house, and when I asked if he could be the one to come install it he said he’d figure It out. The Best Buy website wasn’t giving me delivery windows except for two months out and he said don’t worry, I’ve got you. He came back two days later with a different guy and not only installed the extenders, but reprogrammed all of my smart devices. I knew I probably could have done the install myself but he was so competent and reassuring with the TV that I figured $150 was a small price to pay for peace of mind. Again, worth every penny. Bryce and the two guys who helped him were incredible and I’ll use Geek Squad any time I buy something that requires anything more complicated than just plugging it in. Whatever you’re paying him, you should double it. We spend a lot of money on stupid stuff because we have two incomes and no kids, and Bryce is bringing in business that would have otherwise gone to Sam’s Club or Target.

The agents installed the Eero mesh network and our WiFi in the whole house has been fantastic. No more disconnects or problems. They were polite, very knowledgeable and explained everything to us.

The Geek Squad reinstalled my Erro wifi extenders. I no longer have a problem with wifi dead spots in my house. They were very knowledgeable.

Again , I know I’m receiving 25 points for this review however as in my other reviews the pints are not affecting my reviews at all. The service I received for having the Geek Squad complete this installation was one of the best decisions I’ve made. He was pleasant , explained everything and made certain everything was in working order before he left. Appreciated also he left an informational sheet with his telephone number in case anything went awry. It’s been a month since the installation and I couldn’t be more pleased. Thanks again Best Buy ! You rate a solid ten stars in my book !

Geek Squad tech replaced older Eeros with the newer version I had purchased from Best Buy and set them up. Only took a few minutes and now system is working better.

Job was completed in a very timely matter. We are very pleased with the service. Do not remember the technicians' name, but he was very professional and courteous.

We recently installed a new tv, soundbar and Roku along with cable and dvd player. The two Geeks were so professional, knowledgeable and very attentive. They took their time, had all the necessary tools, even had a spare cable that I forgot to buy, cleaned up every speck of dust and hauled my old tv out of the house. I wouldn’t go anywhere else to purchase my electronics. Hands down, best service out there!

He called in advance and arrived when he thought he’d be there. He quickly installed the new router and provided instruction on it’s use and set up. He was very friendly and did an excellent job!

The agent set up my 5 receiver portable phone set easily and quickly. He was professional, personable and knowledgeable.

The Geek Squad was very helpful in updating my internet services and linking all my internet equipment equipment.

Carlos was articulate, knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. I was extremely pleased with his work and he also responded immediately when I had a followup question.

After having ongoing and pervasive problems with wifi extenders in my home the Best Buy associate recommended that he have the Geek Squad come out for a free trouble shoot. They came that afternoon and after a review of my current system recommended the Linksys Velop system and even had it on sale. They had the Velop delivered that afternoon and I gladly agreed the have another Geek Squad member come a couple of days later for the install. The install went smoothly and he made sure that every device in my home (17) were up and running and locked into the Velop. I was impressed by the professionalism and patience ahown by the Geek squad and woould gladly have them back to help with any future IT issues.

Bryan of Geek Squad set up my new modem/router very quickly, explained everything as he worked, went above and beyond with details, made sure all wireless systems worked, and even explained how to make accessing streaming services easier to access. Definitely will be using Geek Squad in the future.
