agents did a fablous job and waited for other compay to drop their services, and completed installing our new router/modum

great job! the whole thing only took 5 minutes! Worth the money.

The agent connected my router, checked my monitor, and made sure everything was working properly. He came on time, was pleasant and professional. It would be a pleasure to have him again.

The agent asked specific questions on the phone, so he knew exactly what I needed when he arrived. He kept me in the loop as to when he would arrive. When he did arrive, he solved my issues with scanning and explained the process.

2 service people were excellent in every way. They installed my new TV and router and did some trouble-shooting related to a problematic laptop. They worked quickly, communicated well, obviously knew what they were doing, got all my devices connected to my new router, diagnosed my computer problem. They were friendly, respectful, arrived on time. What more could I ask of anyone?

Helpful, friendly service. Appeared to solve the problems but in fact didn’t. I ended up on the phone with Netgear a couple of days later and we finally got it working. But I’ll still give the tech full marks for trying

The guys are amazing. They were sitting at my work station, facing screens in opposite directions and typing on the two keyboards simultaneously. They got printers to work from computers I thought could not access them, I don't think they are real humans, beware ! But, they can fix the heck out of any computer problem you have

The Geek Squad folks have been the best. They called ahead to inform us of their arrival, they are polite, very knowledgeable, tidy and conscientious--wore booties over their shoes, cleaned up everything when finished, polite, worked diligently to get the job done right.

Ken was superb in getting everything to work correctly the first time. From basic connections to download of the app to check for software updates since manufacture, he did it all professionally and quickly.

I was having great difficulty pairing a new router with my existing router. I tried following all the printed instructions to no avail. I even looked for online advice for similar problems. In the end, I had Geek Squad try. I was somewhat relieved that even the Geek Squad rep had difficulty sizing up and resolving the problem, but after several attempts, he came up with a solution and now everything works just fine.

James was very patient as we worked through issues with comcast. He was professional and knowledgeable.
