Mr. Edward Vaughan, your computer tech, was so helpful and helpful. I couldn't have installed my router without his expertise. Even when I had some problems with it, his demeanor never change.

teck agents replaced my router with a new super fast model. my router was connected to 9 devices. new routers always have a new password . i was going to have to reconnect to all 9 devices with the new password. the agents advised me that they could assign this new routers password with my old password. went very quickly ! These guys know there stuff. GREAT SERVICE!!

Gary from Best Buy Geek squad was very helpful! He helped setup my new computer with the apps I needed and also got me hooked up with Microsoft 365 and our wireless printer. He also helped clear up and reset a desktop computer. Gave us information on new equipment we may want to add in the future. He was awesome!

We purchased a plan several years ago and it more thanp ays for itself every year. Received a call from BB letting us know a 3 hour window when they would be here. The service person called about 30 minutes before he arrived and the set up was done in a very professional way.

The young man came and set up our wi fi and tested it and it worked great . So far so GOOD !

They connected all tubes and made sure that it worked before they departed!

My internet source told me the Netgear router i purchased may not be working correctly. Dustin came back and asked what my problems were and explained to me the problem was loss of internet service not the router. He very patiently explained to me and answered all my questions. He is a gentleman and you are lucky to have him working for you.

Set up my eero and got the internet going. I had no idea where to begin or even how to set up or set them. It did not take him long and he was looking for other things to help me with. Shame he doesn't want to do my laundry and so on. lo.

I would recommend this service to anyone who isn’t up on all of the latest computer and internet services available such as mesh systems and so forth. The technician came in explained what she was doing and put everything into layman’s terms. She made sure that everything was running as advertised and asked repeatedly if we had any questions.

Wi-Fi is seamless because of agent efforts. No complaints, all accolade.
