I have a large home now using wi-fi for multiple computers, phones, and tv's. Some areas were not getting the wi-fi speeds needed. The geek squad rep was awesome. He set everything up and explained everything to me. Spent the time to make sure all the areas were running at top speeds and set up and checked the tv's in the areas we were having problems. He went well beyond what I expected. Have had no problems since he came.

These guys came in and setup my Mesh network. They covered everything and did an awesome job.

The Geek Squad folks have been the best. They called ahead to inform us of their arrival, they are polite, very knowledgeable, tidy and conscientious--wore booties over their shoes, cleaned up everything when finished, polite, worked diligently to get the job done right.

Insallation was very efficient and satisfactory. Technician was very personal.

Setup router. Showed patience and knowledge. He was on time.

So many aspects of understanding how to use programs, sync, get various things to work together, and how to deal with major functional updates — my Great Geek can understand what I need (even when I don’t know the names of the processes), and make it happen. He’s resolved some issues I’ve struggled with for several years, ones that other experts didn’t solve. Terrific.

I decided to call Geek Squad to helped me to setup my Orbi router, the agent came and very professional took care of it, he really took his time to find the right internet setup for my home, then he make sure every device in my house was connected and working properly, I'm very happy and satisfied with the service, Geek Squad Agents are the Best...

Found out that I wasn't sold a modem /router, it was just a modem. When Geek squad came to house they discovered that and sold me this router. Seems to work fine

Not being a geek myself, felt it was important to have an expert install what we needed. Will always do!

We purchased a plan several years ago and it more thanp ays for itself every year. Received a call from BB letting us know a 3 hour window when they would be here. The service person called about 30 minutes before he arrived and the set up was done in a very professional way.

Absolutely excellent! We had two separate occasions to have the Geek squad in our new condo to set up internet and TV. Both times the employees were just wonderful: explained things to us, helped us try out things, they cleaned up and were very neat and very friendly and helpful. Just an A ++ for all of the them!!

Hooked up an Orbi WiFi booster and installed tv. Fast and showed me how to use it.

Shawn Cimorelli -the agent-is an angel! He is really the best part of the whole Best Buy buying experience. He is super tech savvy-but also so good at dealing with people. He always takes his time with me and makes sure I know how to use the equipment that he installs. A shout out to Walter Smallwood as well, who always tries to work with me and is very fair.

Excellent service and knowledgeable technicians, who were able to identity the issues, and establish connectivity throughout the entire house.

Installed our eero and found the best places for signals in our house. Made sure all our wifi linked services were working. Tried to save us money by using less units but we opted for more to not have any streaming issues anywhere In the house. Very happy with the service provided.
