We needed help setting up and connecting our New Router. Geek Squad to the rescue! The Technician that came to our home was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. He explained his steps, as he connected our various electronics to our new router. He patiently answered our many questions in terms that we could understand, and he made sure that our new connection information was clearly written down for our future reference. Thank you Geek Squad!

Installed our eero and found the best places for signals in our house. Made sure all our wifi linked services were working. Tried to save us money by using less units but we opted for more to not have any streaming issues anywhere In the house. Very happy with the service provided.

the Geek squad guys come to our house promptly and with a great attitude to help us set up the WIFI system. They had some issues With Cox the internet provider but they were patient and stayed almost 2 hours till the whole system was set up. they were very patient and solved all the problems that my internet provider put in front of them and they made sure all our devices re set up and ready to go

Great router! I was having connectivity issues issue with my old router' The folks from the geek squad game down and installed my new nighthawk in a jiff. They showed me how to access all the routers features with the app. No stress just a great improvement, All connectivity problems solved!

The Geek Squad came to our home and found that it was not our equipment,but Xfinity's was the problem. We ended up going with Fiber by Brightridge! Best part was we were not charged for the house call.

Absolutely excellent! We had two separate occasions to have the Geek squad in our new condo to set up internet and TV. Both times the employees were just wonderful: explained things to us, helped us try out things, they cleaned up and were very neat and very friendly and helpful. Just an A ++ for all of the them!!
