Michael was great!!! He was able to set up the range extender we had recently purchased and had been unable to connect to our router. He was efficient and thorough and answered all our questions about it, as well as answering several other unrelated questions.

Geek squad came to my home, made an assessment of our WiFi needs and recommended a 3 pod eero system for install. A few days later GS came to install on our LAN and it’s working like a champ. We have excellent WiFi throughout our 3 story home but our surrounding front and backyards!

The install of my eero mesh system went even better than expected. Matt updated our network and did a range test to ensure we got the best reception. He takes the time to make sure things are just right and is great about answering questions. He has helped us before and every interaction has had excellent results.

Called Geek Squad to tweek my Wifi and mesh network in my home. The tech’s were on-time and went right to work. They checked out my network, explained what they were going to do and then made the changes/adjustments. Network works great now and much faster response time from my hardware (e.g., wireless printers). Really nice folks!

So many aspects of understanding how to use programs, sync, get various things to work together, and how to deal with major functional updates — my Great Geek can understand what I need (even when I don’t know the names of the processes), and make it happen.
