The guy that came to work on getting my wi-fi hooked up was awesome!! Very smart & help!1

Shawn Cimorelli -the agent-is an angel! He is really the best part of the whole Best Buy buying experience. He is super tech savvy-but also so good at dealing with people. He always takes his time with me and makes sure I know how to use the equipment that he installs. A shout out to Walter Smallwood as well, who always tries to work with me and is very fair.

I have a large home now using wi-fi for multiple computers, phones, and tv's. Some areas were not getting the wi-fi speeds needed. The geek squad rep was awesome. He set everything up and explained everything to me. Spent the time to make sure all the areas were running at top speeds and set up and checked the tv's in the areas we were having problems. He went well beyond what I expected. Have had no problems since he came.

These guys came in and setup my Mesh network. They covered everything and did an awesome job.

Was so thrilled that an "expert" came to my house and double-checked the setup of my new landline phones, AND resolved issues I was having with my Internet and WiFi. Having the Consumer Protection Plan made the in-home service free, another perk. He was knowledgeable and efficient!!

The agent installed two eero wi-fi boosters. This has made a big difference in our in-home wi-fi. Considering getting another since the computers are far from the modem. He was very helpful and informative and answered all our questions (even the stupid ones). Really couldn't manage without these guys.

They were nice guys and took time to try and find the best spots for the wifi set up.

We were having issues with speed and connection in our 4000 sq ft house. Geek Squad recommended and installed this router and set up our home network. It has performed well giving us coverage and speed in every corner of the house and patio. Very satisfied with the recommended product and the Geek Squad installation.

These 2 fellows were awesome. They advised me on where to mount the TV. I love their suggestion. They taught me how to use the TV and most of all the remote!!! They were professional and smart. Whenever I see a Geek Squad truck it makes me smile because it was a good experience.

Hooked up an Orbi WiFi booster and installed tv. Fast and showed me how to use it.

The tech arrived about 10 minutes early but had called and kept me updated on his arrival time. He came in and explained everything and hooked up my eero from the house to the shop. He then hooked up my smart tv in the shop and showed me how to use it. I'm not tech savvy so this would have taken me some time if at all.

Our wifi system was installed by the Geek Squad, and works very well.

The Geek Squad techs were tenacious in getting it running. After a couple of initial glitches during set-up, the did the trouble shooting to figure out the initial problems and everything has run fine since.
