Had to have Geek Squad return to set up wireless cameras a second time due the the 3rd party technician was inexperienced. Cameras were already hung up, Only WiFi set up to computer and cell phones needed, 3rd party technician could not set up, had reschedule, cost us time and additional set up cost $49.99, but most costly was our time. Will request NO 3rd parties for now on.

This was the third time we had geek squad out to help us activate screen mirroring with our Smart TVs. James Lewis was outstanding and went beyond the call of duty! He is a keeper. He also helped my wife with the sound bar from Best Buy installed last December. It was too loud and when music came onto a show it drowned out the voices. Leon Kumpe

Ryan E updated the hardware for our network and performed the needed maintenance. All went very well. We are very pleased with his work.

The tech came out to activate my old laptop (after a new hard drive was installed) but determined that there is another issue with that laptop besides the hard drive. He also checked my new laptop to help with the printer hook-up. After re-installing the printer S/W, everything was working perfectly. The tech was friendly yet professional and went out of his way to check out the printer.

Michael was great!!! He was able to set up the range extender we had recently purchased and had been unable to connect to our router. He was efficient and thorough and answered all our questions about it, as well as answering several other unrelated questions.

It is easy and user friendly to set up and to use it.

I did this last week! Jonathan reset my Deco mesh system. He did a thorough job and explained what he was doing. Everything has been working well. Glad I called the Geek Squad.

Ken was superb in getting everything to work correctly the first time. From basic connections to download of the app to check for software updates since manufacture, he did it all professionally and quickly.

Was so thrilled that an "expert" came to my house and double-checked the setup of my new landline phones, AND resolved issues I was having with my Internet and WiFi. Having the Consumer Protection Plan made the in-home service free, another perk. He was knowledgeable and efficient!!

The agent went through my entire system and made it efficient including connecting all devices and setting up user names and passwords.

Again, the Geek Squad came through! We were having trouble with our Wifi. I bought a new router and had the Geeks come and install it and check our computer system. They were fast, efficient, friendly and very aware of the need to social distance and use masks. Not only that our guy used bootie and gloves! Our wifi and computer systems are working great!!!!!

Geek squad took the time to set up all my equipment and made sure it was working properly before leaving my home. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the effort they put forward.

They were nice guys and took time to try and find the best spots for the wifi set up.

The agents installed and made sure that all the devices were working. They were very helpful and informative. I will definitely call them when I need more help on technical issues. I am a senior citizen and do not understand the technical issues that keep coming up. They figured out my issues easily and they explained what they did.

These 2 fellows were awesome. They advised me on where to mount the TV. I love their suggestion. They taught me how to use the TV and most of all the remote!!! They were professional and smart. Whenever I see a Geek Squad truck it makes me smile because it was a good experience.

My new Dell laptop could SEE DLink, my external back-up, but could NOT see its files, even though my old Dell could see them. Using passwords and internet address, we could see the internal setup of dlink, we still could not see the files. After trying many things, Bryan got it up and working so I could see files, retrieve them, and save new files.
