I began the process of making my home a smart home. Starting with lighting, Alexa and upgrades to our WiFi connections. The Technical Support Agent connected wireless devices, recommended and installed solutions to dead spots and slow speeds, plus perform an Internet speed test and Wi-Fi troubleshooting. In addition, he gave us tutorials in how to operate our new devices. He was nothing but excellent!

Service man not only installed the modem but also resolved several other issues. While here he sold us another item and installed it. Plus he recommended anther service call of which was not his field of expertise. problems solved

Could not have set up by myself. The tech had difficulty at the end. After a couple of calls, I had to go to my internet provider in order to get problem solved. Fantastic service from geek squad tech.
