The agents installed and made sure that all the devices were working. They were very helpful and informative. I will definitely call them when I need more help on technical issues. I am a senior citizen and do not understand the technical issues that keep coming up. They figured out my issues easily and they explained what they did.

Had to have Geek Squad return to set up wireless cameras a second time due the the 3rd party technician was inexperienced. Cameras were already hung up, Only WiFi set up to computer and cell phones needed, 3rd party technician could not set up, had reschedule, cost us time and additional set up cost $49.99, but most costly was our time. Will request NO 3rd parties for now on.

All our electronics had to be reprogrammed as we moved and had a new WIFI connection. This involved our wireless and TV theater devices. The work was long and tiring but was completed by Claribel to our complete satisfaction. Do not what we would have done without help from the Geek Squad at Best Buy.

The Geek squad agent came out, took care of the upgrades and everything is running smooth.

the call for Geek squad request was to fix my Dell desktop computer because after Spectrum installed services on my Desk top, lap top and TV's-requested a svc call after the phone diagnostic proved unsuccessful. Unfortunately, i will need to take desktop in to Best Buy for service as it could not be fixed but both gentleman were able to fix the lost internet connection that Spectrum refused to assist in repairing!!!!

The tech came out to activate my old laptop (after a new hard drive was installed) but determined that there is another issue with that laptop besides the hard drive. He also checked my new laptop to help with the printer hook-up. After re-installing the printer S/W, everything was working perfectly. The tech was friendly yet professional and went out of his way to check out the printer.

Again, the Geek Squad came through! We were having trouble with our Wifi. I bought a new router and had the Geeks come and install it and check our computer system. They were fast, efficient, friendly and very aware of the need to social distance and use masks. Not only that our guy used bootie and gloves! Our wifi and computer systems are working great!!!!!

GS came out and installed the Velop system by Linksys.. stood by and made sure it was hooked up properly and activated.. he did a nice job and there were no problems..

Randal and Anthony did a great job setting up my TV and teaching me about things I didn't undersdtand. They were very knowledgeable.

My new Dell laptop could SEE DLink, my external back-up, but could NOT see its files, even though my old Dell could see them. Using passwords and internet address, we could see the internal setup of dlink, we still could not see the files. After trying many things, Bryan got it up and working so I could see files, retrieve them, and save new files.

No worries.. The job was completely done on the promised day

The agent went through my entire system and made it efficient including connecting all devices and setting up user names and passwords.

I have to say, I am extremely happy with Demertri. Being a retired engineer, I ask a lot of questions and Demertri answered all of them and also gave me more information where I can expand every device withing my home. He is very professional and I trust his knowledge and skills!

The Geek Squad team member successfully installed a new Eero mesh wi-fi system in our home - including making sure that the signal was strong all over our home. He also reviewed with us how the system functions for all the devices in our home.
