Had no idea what to expect. This was the first time I tried the at-home technical support. It was so productive and really improved our internet coverage. Even learned some things about how the wireless mesh works. Would highly recommend.

Joshua the Geek Squad agent was great. When the setup was completed there was a problem with the internet feed from the cable company. After waiting 3 days for cable repair the problem was resolved. Joshua came back ran some tests on the setup and everything is running beautifully. Thanks Geek Squad and your agent Joshua.

the call for Geek squad request was to fix my Dell desktop computer because after Spectrum installed services on my Desk top, lap top and TV's-requested a svc call after the phone diagnostic proved unsuccessful. Unfortunately, i will need to take desktop in to Best Buy for service as it could not be fixed but both gentleman were able to fix the lost internet connection that Spectrum refused to assist in repairing!!!!

Matt from Geek Squad installed the new eerp router and got the WiFi system restarted with no problems. He was professional, knowledgeable, personable, and respectful. Can't ask for any better than that.

Mahreen was on time, knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, a pure delight. She knew exactly what she was about and mounted my TV, set up the DVD player, showed me how to use the remotes and helped me with my scanner. I could not have asked for a more pleasant, perfect experience. Bravo to Geek Squad and especially Mahreen, who is an asset to you!!!!

The gentleman that came out and set up our TV for HBO was great! Brady was very informative and helpful. He answered any questions we had in a manner we understood. He even went out of his way to go back to the store and pick up a new firestick remote for us, which was above expectations. He was great!

Geek Squad came up with a solution for slow WiFi with lots of dead spots. Scheduled the installation and made sure everything was working before they left. I have been a Geek Squad member for +20 years - would not think of having tech equipment without them.

Once again the Geeks have not disappointed. I needed a boost for my WiFi to be able to reach the end of the house for my new Samsung Smart TV to be able to work properly. Mike set up the WiFi booster through the house and everything works very well and the boosters are cleverly placed so they do not ruin the decor of my house.

Geek squad contacted us at least 2 times on the time status.first time to let us know that we ere next in line and the to let us know that he was on his way and what time to expect to be at our home.Was on time and did install very quickly and made sure we knew how to operate new tv.Excellent service

The Geek Squad came to our home and found that it was not our equipment,but Xfinity's was the problem. We ended up going with Fiber by Brightridge! Best part was we were not charged for the house call.
