Jeremy, the networking specialist sent out to help me with my new Orbi router was most helpful, professional, knowledgeable and immediately addressed my issues without hesitation! He is amazingly smart, efficient and knows what he is doing with computers/networking, answered all my questions and never made me feel like I was as dumb about networking as I really am!! I want to keep Jeremy on speed dial all the time!! Thank you !!

The gentleman that came out and set up our TV for HBO was great! Brady was very informative and helpful. He answered any questions we had in a manner we understood. He even went out of his way to go back to the store and pick up a new firestick remote for us, which was above expectations. He was great!

I picked up a laptop that was tuned up and asked for help reattaching a key to keyboard of another laptop. Tune up seems to have gone well. Couldn't reattach key, but advised to buy new keyboard and Geek Squad would install for me. I am now trying to find a place to buy keyboard. Very helpful and friendly people I have dealt with.

I had unknowingly unplugged my internet coming into the house. The technician was so great, showed me everything to look for, checked everything out and even ran the webroot to make sure nothing had infected my computer. I will always call geek squad!

Geek squad contacted us at least 2 times on the time status.first time to let us know that we ere next in line and the to let us know that he was on his way and what time to expect to be at our home.Was on time and did install very quickly and made sure we knew how to operate new tv.Excellent service

I've had 3 Geek Squad guys at my home over the last 3 -4 weeks. All very friendly and helpful. Only complaint is that there isn't communication or notes left from one to the other. When a new one arrives they have no idea what's going on or what I need and want me to tell them - First guy helped with TV, and some computer issues. Suggested a wi fi mesh system - but didn't give me an idea what kind. I bought one from Best Buy on line, but when someone was ready to install at may place - turned out it wouldn't cover all my square footage, or work with my frontier equipment in the house. (first guy could have told me this - so wish he had made a recommendation that would work for me). He wasn't able to tell me this until another guy who knew more showed up to help with another issue that came up. So the Second guy uninstalled what I'd bought and I needed to return the first set and buy another one, in the store. They couldn't get me on the books for install until 3 weeks out. So I'm sitting on my new product - waiting. I had already bought the tech service for $200, but am wondering if I did the right thing.

Our NAS backup was installed and I was given a cheat sheet to explain how it worked and what steps my husband needed to do to add his lap top to the system.He took all the time I needed to understand .There were steps that required research on his part, but he did it.

I could have done this myself, but since it was included with my Total Tech Support plan, I figured "why not?" The technician was knowledgeable and quick to get our new network up and running quickly. One older computer needed a NIC driver update to see the new network, but no other issues arose.

He was able to pair up all items needed plus assisted in helping me decide which sound bar to choose. A week later, he returned to install the sound bar which works very good. He was attentive in cleanliness, using his shoe covers, mask, and gloves. Afterward, he disinfected everything he had touched. I appreciate he kindness shown to my older generation.

After purchasing the Velop Mesh system, Geeksquad came and installed the unit and synced all of my devices. Khian and Damian were awesome agents and even added a touch of customization to our setup in our media cabinet. They ensured we had the best speeds/signals throughout our 2,700 sqft house. So far, total tech membership has been MORE THAN WORTH IT!

Justin came out & repaired some connections & also set up a new modem for me. He's amazing & I feel he did an excellent job!
